This container looks like a 16 oz, but is just 1/4 filled. $7.00

I wish there was a zero rating! I paid $3.60 for a dried out tamale that I could not eat. The corn husk was fused to the masa and it was hard as a rock. I thought that perhaps I could just eat the chicken or whatever meat it was, but it was too dry. Besides, I couldn't trust that it was safe to eat. So, I gave it to the trash. I paid $6.59 for 1/4 cup of queso & some chips. This was the first & last time I order from here. How can you mess up Tex-Mex ?! This was from the Denton location.

Walk in, first timer - immediately overwhelmed. Loud music, rushed through ordering. Was hassled to buy the plate when I asked for three tacos. Meat selection doesn't translate on receipt from cashier to the pickup area, that was a hassle for a big order. Chicken had zero seasoning but they included two types of onions ... ... Previous Health Score 77. Most recent in the 80s. Wish I had looked it up before paying. More than likely won't be back.

The go-to late nite gas station place for me(in the garland area)! Must get the 3 plate tacos with rice and beans, everything is good! I normally do not get beans from a taqueria but this ones flavorful. The prices have climbed through the years and now each taco is $1.89 and the plate is $7.29. Just order at the gas attendant, BRING the receipt to the lady and choose your tacos. FYI the pastor tacos are MAD greasy so I can see why some people complain about it, but most of their stuff is good! The red sauce is not super spicy so go on ahead and use any of the sauces.

Have you ever left a party and all you could think about was eating tacos; but it's like after midnight and most places are closed!? Well not 24/7 Taco. The name is the literal business model. I traveled back home to Dallas this weekend and last night all I wanted was some bomb street tacos and boy did they understand the assignment. Don't be alarmed that this place is inside of a gas station, some of the best street tacos are! There was a nice line at midnight, but waiting to hand your ticket over is 90% of the wait. Once they have the ticket in hand your food is prepared right in front of you quickly! We had three orders and they were all ready within minutes. If your ever in the Garland area check them out! Anytime day or night! So good!!

This place is good for a late night craving of tacos. It was so good and still hot by the time I got home. And very much open 24/7 unlike some other places. Perfect for the days you forget to eat dinner at the normal time. Highly recommended

The quality of everything is bad! Beans tasted bad, rice was mushy and the trompo was not the same and the salsa is watery. Terrible!

We were very pleasantly surprised. It's even better in my opinion. The people are very warm and friendly. The food is really delicious. I love that they bring not only good salsa with their fresh hot chips, but also a tomatillo sauce and a black bean dip. We've now eaten there several times. The taco meat has a nicely charred flavor. The tamales were very good. (I'm picky about my tamales. I've tried their ranchero sauce, chili con carne, and sour cream sauce. None of them disappoint. Their rice isn't dry like it is at many other Tex-Mex places. And their $5.00 all day frozen margaritas are worth it. We usually go for the lunch specials that run until 4:00. They don't have mole on the menu, yet. I'm looking forward to their future specials. In this day and age where it's hard to keep a restaurant open, I really hope this one survives. It's not fancy, but the food and service make it worth it. And I'm a picky person when it comes to spending money on food I don't make myself.

Unfortunately, since the ownership change, the experience just hasn't been the same. The customer service is still decent, and I genuinely enjoy their spicy Mexican martini -- that's honestly the main reason I still stop by. However, the food quality has noticeably declined. Over the past year, I've experienced stomach issues after eating here, which had never happened to me before under the previous ownership. I'm not sure if it's a change in ingredients, preparation methods, or sourcing, but something is clearly different. It's disappointing because this used to be a go-to spot. I truly hope the new management takes a closer look at the food quality and consistency. There's a strong history here, and it would be great to see it restored.

It was pretty early so I obviously went breakfast with my choices, but they had a variety of options ranging from barbacoa to chicken. There was a 45-minute wait, due to how many people were crammed into downtown, trying to find places to eat. I had wanted to come here for a while, and suggested coming here to my girlfriend, who admittedly, "doesn't like Tex-Mex" (I know, I know), and after encouraging her to give it a try, we were pleasantly treated to some very high quality food in a nice environment. Despite being woefully understaffed, to the point that they were out of bowls for the salsa and started serving it in to-go containers, the staff was friendly and helpful, with the manager still making the rounds to introduce himself and check on people's experiences. I really liked the chips & salsa, and so did my girlfriend who is very spice sensitive. We had the, "Julio's Tilapia", which was, "Pan-seared tilapia topped with fresh sautéed baby spinach and jumbo grilled shrimp, finished with a silky spicy chipotle cream sauce. Served with rice and a crisp side salad." and the "GUIS-Ohhhhhh!", which was, "Traditional Mexican beef stew. Served with avocado slices, tomatoes, lettuce, & tortillas". The food was delicious, and I really thought the jumbo shrimp was great, and the Guisoooo (carne guisada) was deeply flavored, and very rich in a way I haven't had before. My girlfriend made sure to flag down the manager to point out what an exceptional meal she thought it was, and mentioned several times how blown away she was, and I quote her as saying, "I was expecting one thing, but I did not expect a foodie experience!". We sat at the bar area, which while not large, has taller tables which is helpful for me. The restaurant handled the huge volume of people well, and the food quality was great. I will return whenever an opportunity presents itself
