I have to say, it's a big sandwich. Lots of meat, nicely seasoned, and they left some fat on there too for flavor. It might be too much of a sandwich for me since I couldn't finished... So far, we've tried the tri-berry, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, apple and peach. My goal is to try them all! The friendly owner greeted me as I came in and took my order (Butcher Burger with cheese, all the way.) Served on a brioche bun, made fresh for them, these burgers are huge on flavor every bit as much as they are in size. I couldn't quite finish mine, but I did come close.
