A small hole in the wall type spot with really delicious made to order burgers. The patty is well charred, the sesame buns are perfectly toasted, and the sauce on the burger really ties everything together! they also have a sink outside of the bathroom for you to wash your hands after you devour your burger.
I fear I'm obsessed. The last couple of times I've went I told myself I should try the double patty. I'm wrong every time. The single is so filling and tasty and the fries portion is huge. I couldn't imagine trying to eat more!!

I was hanging out with a friend and we wanted to go to a different restaurant, but the line was severely long and I was on a time crunch. We looked online and my friend said what about Sky Rocket Burger? We both have never been, but I remember that my work best friend mentioned it to me once. Didn't expect much to be honest since I don't really care for burgers. It wasn't busy, so we got our food fast. The service is nice and simple along with the ambiance. Very chill. Food wise, it's very simple. However, after taking the first bite, that burger was truly the best burger I've ever had. It's a simple, yet amazing burger. I really did enjoy each bite. Definitely recommend!
Definitely the best burger in the Dallas area. And the price on these bad boys are really cheap even thought the taste is phenomenal. Don't be discouraged if you see it being crowded and long lines. The line moves quickly and the patrons here are so sweet and considerate. I didn't know they hand smash the patties here. And the burgers themselves are SO FRIGGN good especially because they're made fresh to order. Personally I love the vibe here because it feels really homey and nostalgic like the good old days when things were more simple. The only danger here is you'll become a regular and need to buy new pants. Enjoy your meal of happiness!
Back at my favorite burger joint. Easy to order at the walk up counter and they deliver to your table. I was lucky to get a parking spot up front this time. Cool decor. The owners are great and come to the table to make sure all is good.
These fresh, handmade smashburgers are outrageously good! My wife had the single with grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mustard. I had the same but with cheddar cheese. Deeee-lish!!! The fries, seemingly hand-cut potatoes with the peels on, were excellent, too. Both had just the right amount of seasoning. The vibe is neighborhood family burger joint with Scott (I think) at the register as friendly as can be with new customers and regulars alike. Bottom line, we'll be regulars now, too!

Fries: The large size was definitely enough to share with three people. The fries were light, airy, and had a nice crisp without being soggy. Sky Rocket Fries: These were decent. It's an off-menu item similar to animal-style fries. The fries are topped with Sky Rocket sauce, melted cheese, and grilled onion bits. There was a bit too much sauce for my taste, but the flavor was still good. Single Cheeseburger: The portion and price were both great. The burger was full of flavor, and the toppings were fresh. I liked the mayo along with the Sky Rocket sauce. This is a very solid and classic-tasting burger.

This places does amazing burgers and everything is cooked to order so you will always get fresh food. There are many location located in the DFW so definitely try them out if you love a good burger. The menu is simple here and they keep it easy with the normal toppings you would find on a burger. They have a special sauce they add to the burgers that really elevates the of taste of the burger.

It came with lettuce, mayo, secret sauce, and pickles. The patties are smash-burger patties, well seasoned and juicy. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had in the area and I couldn't put it down until it was gone. We also had chili cheese fries, which were good as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a stop.

I've been craving burgers for about a week and reviewed so many burger lists, including my own that I started years ago. There are so many choices: Do I want a classic backyard burger, a compact smash burger, a fancy burger with goat cheese foam? After Ms. Semhar suggested Sky Rocket and I watched several videos on TikTok, I knew I had found a winner. Ugh, it was so good! My big back ordered the double with cheese, jalapenos, onion, spicy mayo, lettuce and tomato. And then I had the audacity to order large cheese fries. I have no critique, honestly. It's a simple burger, yet everything was seasoned so well. And not only that, but usually the lettuce, tomato and onion, while necessary, become a messy nuisance and end up falling out at some point. They dice the onions into small pieces and thinly slice the tomato. Truly a tasty masterpiece. The fries were all crispy but I'd probably just get the regular fries next time because the cheese hardens pretty quickly and I was too focus on the burger. And as many people have mentioned, the woman working there was so incredibly sweet to every single customer. She even offered me extra peppers. This location is the original, which was cool, but please note that there are some differences between this location and the other ones. They do not sell milkshakes here or have ranch. BUT, they don't charge extra for the add ons, like jalapeños, grilled onions, spicy mayo, etc. I believe the only thing that's extra is if you get an egg or bacon. To me, that's a win.

This is a darn fine burger! I had hear about Sky Rocket Burger for quite a while and I was excited to try it out. We stopped in and were warmly greeted right away, honestly the service here was outstanding. We ordered and found a spot to site. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a good amount of tables here despite the space being smaller.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The burgers came out quickly and looked great! The burgers are incredibly tasty and well prepared with plenty of veggies. The Fries were also hot, fresh, and well seasoned. It was a great experience overall and I look forward to coming back. read more

The customer service was so nice. Very welcoming. Came in on a Saturday night craving a good burger and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the single burger and fries and both satisfied the need. The burger is what I consider the kind that get sloppy and I love it. Good flavor and well cooked. This is the OG location of Sky Rocket Burger, and let me just say, my current DFW burger obsession is Hookers in Fort Worth, but I'm more than happy to continue my quest to find the ultimate burger. This one had glowing reviews, and I LOVE a place with a super-limited menu--it means they're putting their heart and soul into the few things they serve. And here? It's all about burgers, fries, and shakes. They do have a few extras like tater tots, grilled cheese, and a newly added Texas chili, but that's pretty much it. No frills, just focus. I went for the cheeseburger (as it comes, but subbed grilled onions for raw ones--pro tip: they supposedly charge you an extra 50 cents for grilled onions online, but in-store? Nada, zip, free grilled onion love). Hubbs had the same, and we split a small fry. In hindsight, I could've totally survived on the junior burger and junior fries, but you know what? I'm not one to back down from a food challenge, so of course, I finished everything. I was stuffed, but it was worth it. The burger? Absolute perfection. Not a smash burger, but a 1/4-pound beauty, perfectly grilled and fresh on a soft roll. I don't know what magic they've got going on in that kitchen, but this has officially become my new favorite burger in Dallas. The fries are possibly hand-cut, as some still have skins on them, which I love. A minor gripe might be that most of our fries were mostly broken, so not a single long fry in the bunch, all short pieces. Apparently, I'm not alone in this because the place was packed. You've got to hover like a hawk for a vacant table to park yourself and stuff your face. Oh, and the staff? Nicest cashier ever, and the gal who delivers your food is so sweet, with the biggest smile for everyone. Burger bliss and great vibes all around! They also veer from the norm and don't offer Coke or Pepsi products here, They did have this one cherry lime soda that was (sadly not diet), but super refreshing. I kept wondering how this place had so many reviews... then I took one bite and it made sense. Skyrocket burger will also be my go to burger spot in town. It is the best burger spot in town imo. The lady up front is always so nice and informative. There is little seating inside but people usually eat quick. This is a popular spot for lunch rush hour. I got the double burger with cheese with everything on it and added grilled onions. There are not much other places that you can find anymore that offer grilled onions and jalapeños for free! There must be some new rule happening now because they don't cook medium rare anymore like many other burger spots. That's fine, their medium is really good too. I usually get an egg but didn't this time. If you get their fries they give you a huge portion too read more
We walked in and immediately felt welcomed. Classic retro style ambiance. The menu is small but reasonably priced. Super juicy burger with amazing service! Try their cheese tots on the secret menu too. You can add chili or bacon to anything as well if you request it. Rocket fries is a must try as well as the burger!! The bread is sooo fluffy and buttery. I will say that the bread is quite big so to get proper portion sizes of bread to meat ratio, I'd recommend getting the double patty! Hidden in plain sight.This hamburger haven is exactly what you're looking for if you want an original burger. Scott the owner is very personable and makes your experience memorable. The menu is simple and easy to choose. Hamburger was outstanding and the French fries complimented the meal. I chose the root beer to duplicate my childhood memories. This is a throwback restaurant with emphasis on quality, service, and food. If you are at Coit and GBT 190 , turn in here and get a great burger. They have other locations too . read more

Delicious! It's been a while since I've had a burger this good. The single with cheese hit the spot. Glad you provide a roll of paper towels at each table.
