I get the cheeseburger with American, bacon, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. It's so good! I like tater tots but fiancée likes fries. Cool interior and chill ambiance. The spicy ketchup on the table is also delicious. Overall, pricey burger, $35-45 for two people but five guys is more expensive and this burger wins. Try them out. Quality burger! read more

We were on our way to an event in Dallas and had some time to spare. We wanted to try something different that we don't have near home, and we stumbled across Maple & Motor and boy was it a good choice. When you walk in, you order at the bar, and the menu is located right there to see. There is plenty of seating available with a large screen projector, hats, and a few other decorations on the walls. Nothing too fancy, but definitely not a dive. We all ordered cheeseburgers, cooked all the way with different sides. Every order came out correctly, which is a big deal for us. We also ordered fries and onion rings, which were enough to share between the three of us. Our meals were great, probably the best hamburgers we have had in a while. I can't post a review without mentioning their staff, the man at the counter was funny. He double checked our orders before going to the next person in our party. Came here for dinner with some friends and I had a great time. The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious. They cook their burgers perfectly (with just a little pink). If you like jalapeños consider adding the grilled jalapeños. They were delicious. The service was great. I felt the table never had trash on it. They were constantly picking up finished plates and papers. Typically on a Tuesday night most places are pretty quiet but this place had a decent amount of people having dinners. Super solid burger. Good size patty, good bun, the LTOP toppings were all fresh and crunchy. Very good. Fries are also pretty good, but nothing to write home about. A cheeseburger and fries came out to like 19 bucks which is pretty expensive, but it is a good burger. So... worth a try for sure, i won't go out of my way for it but I would definitely go back. We've always loved the downtown location, so we were thrilled to have them pop up close by. Huge and delicious greasy burgers, stellar fried bologna sandwiches and a grilled cheese that my kid adores. Sides are all pretty standard, but good. And it's interesting how they're serving Arnold Palmer and margarita mix frozen from the machine. Then you can purchase a little bottle of booze to add to it. Pretty horrible experience. I ordered a burger - due to food allergies I can't do most sauces. No big deal - no sauces advertised on their menu. Delivery arrived and the burger was just a greasy pile of mess, smothered in a sauce with extra toppings I didn't order. I hate wasting food, but this burger went straight into the trash. It's so important restaurant menus display all ingredients on their menus, include online menus. For restaurants like this one, who don't take food allergies seriously, I would recommend staying far away. read more

The cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, although the patty could have used some seasoning. My wife loved the yardbird and the ranch. The fries and onion rings were excellent and seasoned well. The onion ring batter was unlike any I've had. Very tasty. They have cans and four beers on tap. I had a Shiner on tap. It could have been colder. A lot more seating than the original location. Be sure to look up for the collection of caps hanging from the rafters and a couple of decorated Christmas trees hidden up there. The staff were friendly and quick to clean up once people left, keeping the place nice and clean. We will certainly be back. read more

Upon opening, it was really good. Not sure if they got a different meat supplier but food quality has gone down since opening. Meat has smelled off the last few times we've come. Yep, our experience was Not good, that is a one star rating. We were waiting for this location to open eagerly, which was super late to begin with. Soft opening was fun for me and my friends, I literally came here every day, sometimes 3 times a day, always bringing someone else not just for variety but for business as well. You would want me to be your lunch buddy trust me ;) The gentleman with a white short hair even commented on one of my visits: "I see you more than my wife:)" Everyone was nice and food was perfectly cooked and came out in a timely manner. I showed up for lunch after the soft opening with a friend of mine, the line was long and this person with a longer white hair, kinda chubby was around and I asked him jokingly where is the VIP line?! His response with a straight face was that I got my Free food for all these days that I have been coming here. My friend looked at me wondering what was that about. I just decided to ignore it and be happy, I have not seen my friend for a while, so I was focusing on us. Ordered, dropped $50 for lunch on 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. We both asked for medium temp, we got 2 well done burgers but since I thought that I am going to build a good relationship with them and all they did for us before... I just did not say anything and enjoyed my company. Well... s... hit the fan when a group of us, I believe 12, came in on a Sunday to celebrate 2 birthdays. My 2 friends passed by to ask if we can have a table for that many of us and if we can bring some cupcakes in. This same weird dude\manager said yes. So those friends went to get the cupcakes and let us know that we will celebrate there. 8 of us showed up around the same time and my 2 friends said that they will not seat neither serve us until everyone is there and that the manager took the cupcakes away. There are 3 chairs at the waiting area, one of our friend was 90 years old and sat on a chair by a table with other people waiting and this young busser guy scolded us that we are not allowed to do that. Talking about what is not allowed, you can read a whole list as you step in, so inviting right? One of my friends needed a charger so he asked one of the employees behind the bar, who was about to help him out and hand him one when that weird chubby white hair manager rushed there to tell my friend: NO!!! Great hospitality huh? We are still standing around because we had friends coming from further away, and the place started to fill up and since they were not making any effort to accommodate us, we all decided that we do not want to be around this weird energy, so I walked up to the bar, asked them for our cupcakes and we left. It took me a while to write this review, because all these friends that wanted to celebrate here was very excited about this new location and we all left with bad taste in our mouth. None of us is even thinking of coming back here, and most of us decided to leave a review and let the world know that this place is lacking on customer service the most and also food quality and this "lovely" manager just took out a bunch of money from the owner's and the employees' pocket as well. Do the math how much we would have spent?! 12 people, brunch, celebration... I hope the owner is looking at the reviews and act accordingly. We went to Kennys burger joint last week, and we all said that their burger is fresher, fluffier, the meat is not heavy but super delis. Do not even mention that the service is impeccable and our perfectly cooked burgers came out so fast... every bite was heaven, really. I pass by Maple motors pretty often and the parking lot was much fuller in the beginning, not so much anymore.
