When I am in the mood for a freshly made, hot off the grill burger that has sesame seeds on the buns, this where I go. This unassuming restaurant tucked in a corner of nondescript row of stores has stood the test of time. My first review of the place was in 2013. Here it is 13 years later then it is still going strong. I went for lunch with the family on a snow day. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No numbers, they just remember who you are. I always get combo number 1 and add sweet potato fries. The prices are great and not much more than McDonalds but the difference in value is significant. The burgers are not thick but this time I noticed the double burger (#2) is just a couple of bucks more than the the single patty in #1. Note to self for next time. Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years! read more

I stand by my previous reviews. Great old school Drive In style burgers for a fair price. Basic no frills ambiance. Service that is friendly and efficient. A menu with a couple of surprises (try the Mexidog.). Clean restroom. And they have Coke Zero Sugar Free! As I get older I find that the #1 Combo is more than enough food. The fries are always good but I usually get the seasoned (curly) fries for a slight up charge. I've been eating at Flaming Burger for over a decade and the service, food and atmosphere has not changed one bit. I'm sure it won't because I hope to be enjoying their burgers for a decade and more to come. read more

The most unassuming hole-in-the-wall wedged next to Planet Fitness. Surprisingly spacious inside. Quick and friendly service at the counter. Burger delivered to the table. The poppy seed bun was surpringly fluffy and delightful. A single patty was a bit sparse, so I would recommend a double patty to satiate the meat lovers. One could call it a divey burger joint, but it's way too clean, open and bright to be a dive! Bottom line, this place makes some really great big, filling burgers and fries! Plenty of parking! Not a lot of decor outside. Inside, there are live plants, home neighborhood High School love on the walls and a lot of Large TVs to watch the games! The Hickory Burger combo is about $7.50 with fries & drink, and the burger is WAY better than a Sonic hickory-burger! The toasted bun puts the tasty sensation in a class of its own. The crispy skin-on fries are also delicious! Several double-meat options give hungry carnivores a chance at belly-bloat, and they all look great. The Chicken Fried Steak burger is about the same price as other burgers - excellent! Serve yourself drinks with free refills. My kids liked the fries just fine though. I don't usually eat American cheese or even bread but I did here! And all of that was so worth it.
