Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

Called in to make a To-Go order. yes I understand lunch time is busy but the waiter who was taking orders on the phone was annoyed by my asking questions and then I called back and she continued to hang up on me until I sad I would call the manager. I was like why do u keep hanging up on me and all she had to say was I'm sorry it got disconnected. I'm like no u hung up on me and she tried to deny it yet clearly I dialed the number 5 times and she hung up all 4 times and picked up the 5th time. Poor customer service. Poor inside look. Never updated from the 80's. Owners don't feel like being there themselves. There's tons of better Burger islands in the area and definitely tons of better burger options in the area that will give u great customer service and make sure ur happy. read more

So there is a bit of discrimination here. I ate in-house today, and when they had my food ready, they made me get up to get the food. But everyone else (different race) the female asian server and younger guy actually came to their tables to serve them. I found that very odd and disrespectful.
