This place has been on my radar for quite sometime. At first they were only open for dinner but as the years have passed they are open for lunch now too. I was so happy to find an Israeli restaurant here, I'm surprised there aren't more. Back in Louisiana I used to frequent my favorite Israeli restaurant and I'm just glad I've found one here as well. First off pulling up it wasn't what I was imagining if to look like. I was expecting fancy, but this place is very cozy and gives small town vibes. Which I like. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She gave great recommendations and just was a delight. The owner was really nice as well, she popped out around rush hour to great all the tables. We ordered way too much food for lunch but wanted to try a bit of everything and they made for great leftovers. We ordered the falafel hummus, short ribs, rib and marrow, shawarma, and Israeli mixed skewers. Every dish had great portions to price. Presentation was great and most importantly taste was great! At least to me it was. The short ribs were amazing, loved the skewers combo and the shawarma. The falafels were cooked perfectly. I will say the rib and marrow was my least favorite dish. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't for me. The meat was cooked perfectly I just wasn't a fan of the flavor. It was sweet and reminded me of bbq sauce and I just don't like bbq sauce. But everything else was delicious. Definitely try this place out.

The first thing to consider is the good taste in which the restaurant is designed, it really seems that they have invested in the subject and just entering the place makes you love it, And the spectacular wine selection they have is simply intoxicating! The waitress was very kind at the sight of them trying to give a good treatment. Regarding the food, I have some mixed feelings because on the one hand it was incredibly tasty and the meats are excellently made, as were the desserts which were really addictive, On the other hand the design of the dishes and the way of serving was missing a certain touch of prestige that could have made everything absolutely perfect. And for example the parchment paper with the logo at the bottom of the dish that made the feeling that it was a takeaway dish and not a chef's dish. And like this example there were a few other similar things. So again warmly recommend and I was enjoyed every bite but a few finches And you were perfect.(After all, your prices require this level.)

Falafel that floats like the heavens, hummus and tahini that are like the finest silks.

Absolutely one of my favorite new restaurants. This will be in heavy rotation going foward. It's a hidden gem quit literally. I have been in this parking lot so many times amd im just shocked I had never noticed this place. Everything I have had at this place is amazing. There is not one dish that is not on point as far as I know. It's a bit pricey but you are getting a solid meal here. The entire wine list is amazing but don't look for your standard grocery and or standard restaurant list. There so many great Israeli wines on this list that I'm still wrapping you brain around it. Come try some authentic Mediterranean/ Israelie food. The ownership is super passionate about the food and wine. When it comes to the wine list ask for the owner to give you a recommendation. He tries everything and everything he has has a purpose at his restaurant. Gem of a place I tell you.

Really great kosher and Israeli food! Best schwarma and hummus I've had since living in Israel. 10/10 would recommend to have a nice meal at!

I visited this restaraunt for the first time and genuinely enjoyed everything I ordered. Starting off with appetizers, my friend and I ordered the pan shared halloumi cheese. This is paired with tomatoes and fig jam and is a wonderful accompaniment to the complimentary bread and olives served for the table. I'm a big fan of halloumi in general but this one was particularly cooked well and a must order for next time. For main entree I ordered Hunkar Begendi, which is sautéed marinated lamb tenderloin with red and green bell peppers over creamy eggplant puree. The lamb was in fact tender and perfectly seasoned and the eggplant puree went very well with the slight gaminess of the meat. I enjoyed this dish overall and it didn't feel too heavy, which sometimes is the case when I eat lamb. The pieces of meat were cut small enough while not being super tough, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this restaraunt if you enjoy trying Mediterranean fusion spots!

Fortunately, they had some space on the patio. It was a hot night however they had couple fans to blow away some heat. Food: Started with a salad which was fresh, flavorful and with large chunks of beets, watermelon, and feta cheese. Great appetizer. My wife and I wanted to try a couple of items to share for the main entree, I had branzino. The whole fish, filleted, and grilled. The flavor was rich, without being overly salty nor too oily. The sides 1. Grilled Branzino - Served with quinoa arugula salad 2. Ali Nazik- Chargrilled lamb shish over smoked eggplant puree served with bean salad on the side Both were fantastic. The lamb was cooked just right and turned out moist and tender. The eggplant puree was a great texture; neither too smooth to lose its integrity nor too chunky. The staff was attentive and helpful. Verdict: 9/10: Would definitely go back but with a reservation or in a mindset to sit in the heat on the patio. Also, the deboning process for the fish could've used a little more care, but that didn't take away from the flavor.

The good : flavors were delicious. Our server was attentive and the entire staff seemed happy to have us.The flat bread pide (at another table) looked sumptuous . Chicken shish kebab chunks were cooked well and seasoned nicely and were juicy. The complementary bread is superb. The yogurt dip that went with though was not enough for us to have more than a few bites. Needs improvement: there was no reason why the accompanying (delicious) bean and cucumber salad was 24 to 48 hours old with Limp cucumbers and parsley and flavorless tomatoes. Needs to be fresh daily and use cherry tomatoes or Campari tomatoes for flavor and crispness. Turkish Rice was meh. It was cooked properly but not a whole lot of flavor and perhaps I was expecting more of a Lebanese style pilaf with butter, nuts, spices, onions, etc. to brighten it up. Beyti minced beef had good flavor, but why did they have gristle in it? My dinner companion complains was that this was a cheap cut. The butcher supplier is not paying attention. It also could've used a little bit more sauce on the bread wrap pieces for added juiciness. We ordered the.Tzatziki yogurt dip which helped add juiciness . There was no reason why the Turkish red wine came out warm. I realize that we were in a Dallas summer at 95° at 9 PM and the restaurant was slightly warm but still. Lastly, the owners might think about mitigating the hard surfaces that reflect sound in the restaurant. It's a lively place, but we were subjected to the group of six women who were drinking enough to be loud and screechy across the room - all too common across the city -and I did not need to hear them yukking it up. The place was full on a Saturday night, which bodes well for this restaurant. The staff attitude is good, but I'm afraid this will not be a repeat for me and my companions. .
