Wow- the tastes they create in this place are fabulous! So, the food offering are set up in a long line and you tell the servers behind the protective glass, what you would like. It was hard to choose! Even though I had carbs with my wrap, I had to try a pita- they were warm and fresh and just smelled delicious. The bites I took did not disappoint. The wrap for the chicken was sturdy and could definitely hold a nice sandwich without getting g soggy or falling apart- and it too related fresh and homemade. They had an extensive array of sides that were more on the healthy side- I did not see any French fries!!! Good! I know I can eat well and make smart choices here. This place is consistently good! I haven't been here for years and dropped in! Great hummus and pita! Portions are generous and so many delicious sides to choose from. We went with rice and Greek salad with a chicken dish and their lamb. I was trying to order a lamb kabob but ordered the wrong type of lamb dish but still delicious! Excellent Mediterranean food with big sides, well worth the price My wife and I tried Fadi's based on a friend's recommendation. I was initially skeptical based on how affordable the menu was but was very pleasantly surprised. You can still get good quality food at affordable prices. If you order a plate, you go down the line and select your sides and then choose your meat. I really liked the roasted cauliflower, the hummus, the roasted potatoes, and the cucumber tomato salad. I got the chicken shawarma and my wife got the lamb kebab for a little extra. The chicken shawarma was a little dry on its own but once you combined it with the garlic sauce that comes with it, it transforms it to a succulent dish. The lamb kebab was excellent and my wife liked it a lot. Originally, we were disappointed by the size of the meat portions but were surprisingly stuffed by the end given the sides and the fluffy pita bread. We got the baklava which was solid but not spectacular. What was spectacular was the prize. An entree with 2 sides $14 and with 3 sides $16. Well worth the price. Also with plenty of open seating, good atmosphere for conversation (though it was not completely full), and helpful servers. Good food and everything looks fresh! We had lamb shank and beef roast. The lamb was delicious but needs more Mediterranean flavor. The roast beef was dry and chew, tasted like normal American pot roast. All the sides and bread were delicious. Very reasonable and I'd come back. read more

The food was very good, however the meat portion of the combo meal was surprisingly tiny- 2 finger sized kafta skewers, I don't think I've ever seen them this small in any other middle eastern restaurant. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but the last couple of times have been a nightmare. The food is way off and the service has been atrocious. They can't seem to get our orders right either. It took over 30 minutes to get our food after ordering tonight and it's still not good. I guess we will move on from here. Located in a busy newish plaza, I was totally unprepared for the wonders inside. I chose baba ganoush, Greek salad, and root vegetables paired with a sauced chicken and the whole thing was amazing. I realized too late I probably should have chose falafel because that's something I don't get at home; or just all veggie sides because they were so amazing. I came here with co-workers last week and was greeted in a friendly way by a couple of men standing behind a counter of salads. I was surprised because I wasn't expecting 'cafeteria style' and needed a minute to look at the options. They suggested I take a seat right behind me in a booth. I took in all the delicious-looking selections in front of me but wasn't able to make a decision until my co-workers arrived and shared some suggestions. The place was almost empty at 12:30pm - lunch time, which was sort of odd. The soft music playing was very nice, probably better for dinner, but we all liked it. We took up a couple of tables in the back and everyone had something different. They were all happy with their selections. I opted for the lamb, as I was thinking Greek - thought it was going to be similar to Ziziki's and was looking forward to lamb loli-pops. The food here is very good, fresh. I did think the vegetables were cooked in more oil than was necessary but the mushrooms were delicious and so fresh. Staff was friendly, but one man started speaking loudly to another man which caused all staff to look at him, almost scared of him. He was speaking another language and I thought it was unprofessional of him to be speaking so irately to this man in front of customers. Has good options for vegetarian non-veg not that many for vegetarians. They said falafel sandwich. We all think that's gonna be cut up in a pita bread and half inside and put it in there as a proper falafel sandwich. Apparently they don't have falafel sandwich is only a wrap which is overly heated. flavours are not there at all. Seems to be a typical Dallas so call middles eastern restaurants. Rather go back to Chicago, New York who knows how to make a proper falafel sandwich.. . there is NO cold or hot grapes leaves. Not the best spot to do take out orders. Not the best spot for a vegetarian person or who's looking for a good falafel sandwich 1000% not the best spot. Food is overly salty. Way too salty. Food was okay not the best at all. Had to go somewhere to get something else. Apparently a sandwich and a wrap is a same thing and they said the that should be the same for every Middle Eastern restaurant, which is not true as sandwich is that you guys already know what a sandwich is and a wrap already know like a lettuce wrap just how it is. Just beware when you go inside that their terminology is different from the other terminology from the other Middle Eastern restaurants that there is including other Lebanese restaurants which have the proper terminology and everything on their end, but this restaurant does not have the proper terminology for their menu and it didn't look like they did research into this correctly The Lebanese food has authentic spice that a lot of people know, but this one does not have it. It was just overly cooked overly heated overly salty food. Had to go a bit to a bagel shop to get something else to eat besides eating eating so-called a sandwich which is in their book a wrap and a sandwich to combine together. By the way, the falafel wrap/sandwich is salty and it has pickles inside and the sauce is overly salty, which is simple to make, but it's overly salty and the pita bread itself or so call pita bread is thin doesn't taste like a pita bread it taste like a steel plastic read more

I ordered a takeout combo of lamb kabobs, couscous, babaganoush and spinach. The lamb kabob texture and cut was like thin flank steak. I didn't enjoy any of it. I would not come back here. Ordered combo 4 (5 sides and 1 entree). The sides were significantly smaller portion than the Fadi's location in Houston. I was not expecting such a huge difference. About have the portion size amount. Ordered the lamb shank as the entree. Was not told there would be an up charge for it. Only noticed the up charge after paying and receiving the receipt. There was no writing anywhere that there would be an up charge for it and the staff did not notify us either when they asked what entree we wanted. There was absolutely no indication of the price difference. The restaurant was very well lit and gives a cafeteria type of vibe. I don't plan on returning to this Fadi's. On a side note, the lamb shank was delicious but I am upset with the nondisclosure and the portion size of the sides. Would rather go to a different location. read more

Great food! Horrible management. The manager, Rachid is unprofessional towards employees, aggressive and verbally abusive towards them as well. I've witnessed him yell at employees as well as customers, and nothing ever seems to be done about it. Rachid definitely needs further training on the concept of leadership and respect.
