Every single dish was PERFECTLY cooked and seasoned. The chicken and veggies were seasoned with just enough spices where it had a slight kick, but not overpowering at all. A perfect balance to bring out the natural flavors of each item. The pita was perfection! Soft and warm, with a slight char on some of the pieces, which added such a beautiful bite with the hummus. The Valentine's Day decorations were so cute and definitely added to the vibe. The food is always so good! They've added a few new items to the menu, don't skip the Burrata or the Chicken meatballs. The Large Chanouli Salad is absolutely insane.. the veggies are fresh as can be, the tabouli is off the charts, and the chicken and dressing are awesome. I arrived at the restaurant a little bit before 6:00pm on a Sunday. As I was waiting for a friend, I sat at the bar for a little while where I could chat with some of the staff. I liked the overall vibe of the restaurant. The music was in the GoldiLocks zone--not too loud and not too soft. I also liked the artwork on the wall. Upon being seated, my friend and I shared a few dishes. The first was a cheese plate appetizer. It was delicious especially the cranberry goat cheese--I cold only liken it to cranberry cheesecake. I ordered a lamb wrap and saffron chicken. The lamb wrap was okay--it came wrapped in a flour tortilla that appeared to have been store bought (maybe pita bread would have been a better wrap?). The chicken saffron was very tasty and was my favorite of the two main dishes. For desert, we shared baklava, which was quite good. The waiter told me that they make the baklava in house. Important note: my friend is a vegetarian and he loved the food. He found the restaurant to be very vegetarian friendly. (There was a snafu with patio reservations on an unexpectedly wet & chilly Texas night and though they were crowded because of a nearby concert, they took really good care of us.) I am sad that I have wasted so many years of not eating that amazing, delectable dish!!! The outside of the lamb chop was just the right crispiness and the inside cooked to perfection.
