I had the catch of the day, lobster mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts, and every dish was so good. The lobster mac especially stood out, great flavor and quality. Service was quick, and our server was attentive and friendly the entire time, which isn't easy with a large group. We were also seated in a private room, which gave us a more intimate, elevated vibe that I really appreciated. So I was planning a team outing here and had to cancel but the Sales Rep, Jean, was so nice I decide to just come and try the place out for dinner for myself. Man I am glad I did. The place was popping and I smelled the food as I walked up the stairs to the second floor. I am not a big drinker but I did order the lychee diamond and it was Delicious. I then ordered lobster egg rolls. 100/10. Came out in minutes and was piping hot and soo very good. I ate every piece of it. Again the place is a whole vibe. This area seems to be great for food so we wanted something nice and decided to stop here. It was between lunch and dinner and they happen to be filming some promo stuff for the restaurant. They were respectful to the guests that were there so it was fun to watch. I was kind of hot so we decided to sit inside but they have a lovely outdoor area as well. Service was very prompt and friendly. We tried some amazingly tasty cocktails. He got a shrimp dish and was adamant that none of it was going to waste. I got the lobster sandwich and it was delightful. I had to eat all mine too because I wasn't going to waste any either and we're just visiting. It was such a nice time. They have a large open bar as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This place was really top notch. The service is always welcoming and the food has always been on point. My family favorites are the crab nachos, lobster grill cheese, seafood salad & crab cake sandwich. The struggle Fries aren't worth writing home about as the additional $4 isn't worth the small sprinkle of parsley and cheese. Opt for the sweet potato tots instead. The views are great from the booths at the window additionally the book room that appears like a library is very appealing. Brunch @ Woolworth Food wise: 3/5 good, not amaaaaazing. Nothing I hadn't had before. I would go back but I don't think I'd ever crave going back. I got the zoodles which were great for what they are, and my friend got the B&G which he also thought was simple but good. Heads up: The bacon was more small cut up pieces sprinkled in and not strips and there was hardly any sausage. It was mostly eggs on top of gravy on top of biscuit. Service: amazinggg 5/5, we had (was it Tori?) she's normally a bartender but was serving brunch and she was amazing with recommendations and had a very good knowledge of the menu and atmosphere. Ambiance: 3/5, I actually think it was decorated so cute for Christmas and this could have probably easily been a 4 or 5 out of 5 but our specific table was on the outskirts, close to the front staircase entrance so it was cute but didn't feel like an "experience", if you will. Well, this was a weird one. We were seated on the patio, which was lovely. Comfortable outdoor seating with a great view, not one of those affairs where you're crammed up against the next guest. It was a promising start. Unfortunately, we were close enough to the entrance that we could hear the repeated ding-dong of the motion detector that indicates to the host a guest is coming. Surely there has to be a better way. Things continued to get worse, however. After noon on the weekend only the brunch menu was available, which wasn't really what I was after. I persevered and ordered a skillet with egg, no cheese. Two skillets came to the table, but both were wrong. One had an egg, and cheese. The other had no cheese and no egg. Although I pointed out the cheese to the waitress, she refused to acknowledge the order was wrong, indicating only that she would take it back to the kitchen "to check, just in case." While the kitchen did ultimately fix it and send out one with no cheese, the waitress trying to gaslight me stuck in my mind throughout the meal. Speaking of the meal, I left hungry. The skillet was perhaps half of what I needed for lunch. It was tasty, but I didn't have time to stay and order a second entree, nor should I have needed to. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Woolworth on March 31, 2026. My mom and I arrived and were told by the host that there were no tables available. However, while we were standing there, we saw other customers being seated, and even noticed a group leaving the restaurant--so it was clear that tables were in fact available. Despite this, we were refused service. What made this experience even more upsetting was the way we were treated. The host had a very rude attitude and did not make any effort to accommodate us or explain the situation. It left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but the way we were treated compared to others made me question whether we were being judged based on our appearance, as my mom was wearing a hijab. No one should feel this way when simply trying to dine out. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both customer service and fairness in how guests are treated. read more

Some takeaways: Trying to find parking near the restaurant can be difficult. They do have valet, but we finally found a parking spot several blocks away. They charge you $9 for water. They only offered us still and sparkling. Some highlights: The restaurant itself is in a beautiful building, has a nice bar and patio seating. Our server K.R was great. They offer brunch on the weekends. Drinks were tasty. The first mimosa they served me was in a wine glass with a frozen pineapple.... cute, which I loved.
