The crew this morning 06/09 Tuesday was amazing! My wife and I always are welcomed with smiles and "Good morning!" The coffee is always deciduous and strong. Of course they have less "strong" alternatives but we like it to smack us into productivity lol. The ambiance is always so chill and relaxing with a hint of WiFi surfing students or remote workers. This place is great! The staff here is Sumer nice and friends and is very helpful when asking questions and deciding on what to order. Me and my friend got 2 drinks, the citrus goth and a matcha latte with ube. Both drinks were good with the citrus goth being less sweet but very flavorful and the matcha being on the sweeter end. The place had a good amount of seating for 1 or 2 people but not the best for big groups. read more

We recently moved to Plano within the last year and are currently on the hunt for our favorite coffee shop. Lemma had solid coffee, but not quite our favorite. The Sizzling Avocado toast was actually pretty solid too! Staff was nice and helpful when ordering. One thing we didn't love was the seating in the space and I'm surprised no other reviews mention it, but the seating is not very comfortable and homey. One thing we love about coffee shops is the ability to work in there or hang out and we didn't love the space in that way. But not end of the world! Overall would go again! read more

My daughter has been wanting me to try her favorite spot, Lemma, for sometime now and today was finally the day. This little shop is so cozy, calm and inviting. Lovely coffee spot on the popular 15th in downtown Plano. Very near the DART station and park. They sell craft specialty coffee and bags as well and even display the wash though not the roast. On this visit I chose a chai latte. It was good, not as good as Sayfani's chai, it was over sweet and not spiced. But I enjoyed the ambiance and lovely service. It is very near 1418 Coffee so this makes it very hard to choose. Would recommend more outdoor seating. I will be back happily. read more

There aren't many coffee places in Plano downtown. It's great to see Lemma here. I've visited other Lemma coffee shops in the Metroplex. I've been to this one a couple of times already. The decor is simplistic yet welcoming. The seats are spaced out nicely to give you ample room. There are also many electrical outlets, so you can keep your laptop charged while you work. The menu is quite straightforward. You can find a typical beverage you like or even a sandwich for lunch. I've tried their chai latte with oat milk. It was very smooth and mildly spicy with a nice touch of cinnamon. Their matcha latte was very good also. I've had their pumpkin croissant. It was so rich and creamy. The pumpkin spread was so buttery and delicious! I also liked the sunflower seeds on top, which added a nice crunch. The baristas are very friendly and attentive. This is by far my husband and my favorite coffee shop in DFW. Not only their coffee and other drinks taste great but their food is also so good. Not pictured but their Nutella fruit toast was one of the best I've had. Every time, their toast is so crispy and tasty. Generous amount of toppings too. Not my first visit to Lemma Coffee Co. I'm a longtime fan - followed them from their pop up on the UTD campus to their Carrollton location. I was super ecstatic to find out that they now have a place nestled in Plano Downtown (they took over the spot that used to occupy XO coffee co). I absolutely adore what they have created at this Plano location. The ambience is superb - brick walls with minimalistic decorations and front store windows to let natural light in. It is a great place to hang out with friends or do some work/study. And their coffee is a no-brainer - excellent quality and delicious every time. Their baristas are also fantastic and very down to earth for striking up conversations with. I am excited to have them much closer to my neighborhood. I will definitely be frequenting them much more whenever I am back in town! read more

I'm a big fan of Lemma, they're one of my favorite local specialty coffee roasters. So glad that they have this spot in downtown plano because now it's close to me. I've never left a review anywhere before, but today's the day: been a regular at lemma for awhile now, always get a double shot of their featured espresso, to drink in-house. I love coming here to study and satisfy my coffee-snobbery. Today, I spilled about half of my espresso on the table, and was pretty annoyed at myself (it was totally my fault). Low and behold, one of the employees--whose name I don't know--brought me a brand new drink without me even asking or telling them anything. This was a very observant and kind gesture, and it solidified Lemma as my favorite coffee shop in DFW.
