Was in the area early and searched for "coffee near me." This place popped up and so off I went. FYI Google Maps does not bring you to the coffee shop it brings you to the office buildings. Just follow the road towards the apartments and take a right and it'll be on the end right next to a taco place. For place of reference there's a Waffle House across the street. The barista was so warm and friendly. She gave great recommendations. I ordered the huckleberry hot and a potato taco. They offer ice cream, and a few pastries as well and matcha. At the time she was the only barista here and it got busy. Another employee came shortly after. The ambience of this place is super cute; it has a mid century modern cowboy style. I loved the huckleberry coffee it was subtle and not too sweet. Adorable place with great service, great lighting and great coffee.

Cool coffee spot with awesome ambiance. The baristas are friendly and fast and they have great options at really good prices. Check out their breakfast tacos!

Ohhh finally, after hearing about this new coffee place I got a chance to stop by to enjoy one of their signature coffee. I love the fact that they have an actual bar for single visitors. I hate taking up a whole table when it was just me. I had their Mexican Standoff that have this warm southwestern kick to it, a hint of spice if you will. The place has lots of windows. Great natural light while sipping on your drink of choice. They also offers pastries, breads and tacos!!! The cherry o top for me is you don't have to come here for just coffee and tacos they also have Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream available. This coffee shop is a feast treat here in East Plano.

Another Instagram featured place... They would not honor a promo for their grand opening even after I showed the barista the info. To me.. why wouldn't you when I showed proof??? And then tried to tell me that maybe it's another account? It literally had the Cliff Coffee name in what I was showing. The disagreements happen in the hospitality industry.. I noticed they said bye to everybody who left except me. Service was not there. I reached out to the business and they did offer to make things right, so I'll give them credit there. Wouldn't choose this as a study place since there's not as many outlets. There's one in the front. Some in the back by the couches and tables. It has more of a hangout or date vibe, so it's a little loud too. I like that they have a counter to sit at in case you're on your own and you can see the baristas making coffee. Fill your own water. Plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable for the area. $5 for matcha, $5.50 for latte. Good sizes. They have special menu, but no prices listed. You can add flavor to latte. I didn't get any flavor and the coffee tasted a little burnt?? Not sure if it was because I didn't add any flavor. Usually the lattes I get are already flavored. I do like they have the option to add or not but no idea if it's extra... They will do fine for themselves w/ influencer marketing, but based on the service, it's a big turn off.

Hooray we finally have a coffee shop in this new design district space! And it was worth the wait. There's plenty of parking on the east and south sides and while it looks small from the outside, there is plenty of seating inside. The decor is Texas, but with a modern touch. In addition to coffee and a few pastrie, they also have 12 hand-scooped ice cream flavors! The prices are a deal, much less expensive than the surrounding coffee shops and the large almond milk latte I ordered was pretty good. We were immediately greeted by Sam who had the friendliest smile. Her greeting wasn't over the top, but genuine and welcoming. My daughter immediately spotted the pop-tart in the pastry case and I was stoked to hear it's vegan, so I could enjoy it with her! I am so excited to have this spot nearby and look forward to many more returns.

Friendly service, they call your name. Trendy modern western style decor, varied seating, average noise level. Couches, outdoor seating, tables. Wouldn't recommend for hard-core studying since there are families and music but not overwhelming at all. Great roast on their espresso! Loved my latte! Excited to comeback and try the icecream - saw quite a few vegan sorbet flavors as well as pumpkin pie flavor! They offer teas, matcha and affogatos!

This is a brand new coffee shop in the Plano area, and it's such a cute little place that's cowboy/desert-themed! I got their matcha latte, and it was pretty good! I saw a lot of people talking and working inside, so I do think it's a decent study coffee shop. I can't speak to the outlets or how available they are, but it is a well-lit shop with a decent amount of seating.

This coffee shop is amazing. Beautiful southwestern decor. Very relaxing atmosphere. I saw many people with their laptops working. Delicious coffee. They also have ice cream. This is a great addition to East Plano. So happy they were here. This will be my new place.

I got the Mexican standoff which I enjoyed. It is topped off with cayenne pepper for a little spicy latte but it's not overpowering. I also got the bacon and egg breakfast taco which was super good. They make them fresh and it was pretty big!

It's amazing here, the ambience, hot and cold coffees and their ice cream. Wife and I have been here 4 times since they've opened. Place can get packed quick, so we prefer to just pick up our drinks.

Matcha Latte

I've come here on 3 separate occasions. 1. My first trip was the week they opened to try the matcha. It was the first week so I didn't expect much but unfortunately the drink wasn't great. I've had matcha at several places around the DFW and this one was super watery and just not very flavorful. I am however going to give it another go, maybe next year when the newness wears off and maybe they've gotten a better flow. 2. My second trip was to get a specialty latte, i can't quite remember what specific flavor it was but regardless I got home and poured it out. This was during the 2nd week they were open. It tasted spoiled. Idk if the beans were old or maybe the syrup just had a sour taste but it just wasn't good. I still want to give it another go though because I know it takes time to perfect a good coffee 3. My last trip was simply to try the ice cream and honestly that plus the ambiance is the reason why I rated this place a 4, it's in walking distance and a great place to work! It's decorated very nicely and the ice cream was so so so good, a sweet treat I'll be thinking about until I go to get more ... The staff has been beyond friendly on every occasion and have always made it a point to make conversation with me and smile!

Coffee

Great atmosphere and service! I am very picky with coffee and I can honestly say I will be back to get my fix when needed. Worth a stop and added to my rotation of coffee stops. Gotta try their breakfast sandwiches as well!

This place is a hidden gem a beautiful, peaceful interior. Great drinks at great prices. Friendly staff. Cliff Coffee has it all!

Love the staff and the vibe. Coffee was great and can't wait to try the ice cream. A perfect cozy spot to work or catch up with a friend.

Tried their shahi falooda and few flavors of unique ice cream (butter scotch, custard apple,…read morechikoo). The service seemed little slow but drink was worth it.

I've seen this nice cream store for quite some time and finally stopped in. They had many flavors…read moreI wasn't familiar with, but spiced with Indian flavors. Everything looked good to me and I was trying to make a decision. I counted 7 employees and not one greeted me or offered help. There were a couple other people in the store but there was no line. I asked a young woman for help and she was polite but not at all welcoming. I ordered one pint of Coconut and one pint of Cookie Dough. She was having a difficult time scooping the ice cream into the pint containers, so a gentleman working behind the counter as well, took over. As I watched him pack the containers I thought they looked kind of shallow. At other ice cream stores I frequent, they pack the ice cream solid and heavy. I felt like they just didn't really care, actually. I was friendly and smiling as I'm one of "those people" who wants everyone to like them! I paid for the order and tipped 15% on the register. That was the smallest percent offered unless you said "no tip" or custom. I I typically tip much more but felt like I shouldn't since they were so unfriendly. When I returned home and got the containers out to taste the ice cream, I could definitely see they weren't 16 ounces. I got my scale out to check and indeed, they came up way short. I mean...for the price? $7.99 ...$8 a pint? At least fill it up to get what you are paying for, am I wrong? I won't go back and I'm sure they couldn't care less, but for others who don't frequent centers like this one was in, you may want to know ahead of time what to expect. Taste wise? It was very creamy and good.

Delish! We found this place thanks to my husband scoping out…read morethings online based on where he saw my map location one meeting night. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I stopped in on the way home to hopefully stop the constant chatter about how good it might be. Well that plan was a fail. Why? Because it WAS good. I had the sticky rice and got the husband's requested coconut mango juice. Perfectly sweet tart mangos, excellent flavor combos and everything was packaged nicely to go. Will I hear more about us going again? Yes. Will we go again? Also yes.

Today was my first experience with Mango Mango Dessert and I had mixed feelings with my visit…read moretoday. I ordered a crepe cake for my son's 21st birthday as a request he wanted so we found Mango Mango Dessert on Google. My daughter called to inquire on how much the cake was and was told $85 cash but $115 if you pay by credit card. I was in disbelief that the fee to pay by credit card would be $30 more. We placed the order and I took cash and had my phone to pay by card. We got there and the young lady asked my daughter if we were paying by cash or card. My daughter responded card. I got to the counter and then we interacted with a gentleman and I asked him could I pay by card. He said yes and rung it up, the total came to $104.63. I asked him how much was the cake and he said $85 but there's a processing fee. I responded that that was a high processing fee and normally businesses I've interact with only charge 3% convenience fee at the most. To avoid paying the $19.63 processing fee, I paid $85 cash for my transaction but I don't think a consumer should have pay the merchant's processing fee to that extent for that amount and I got a free mango smoothie for the points I would have earned for my purchase. The mango smoothie was absolutely delicious and for that I will go back again because I haven't found anyone that makes a smoothie with real mangos and it was sweet. I will also add that their customer service was still very nice. If you are interested in getting a cake made here, it's cost effective to pay by CASH.
