The kids both tried to finish it but said it tasted lemon-y and weren't fans. The kids liked the chocolate and pastry of the cannoncino. At first sip the latte tasted good. Well balanced espresso and almond milk. However, after the foam settled the cup was maybe 3/4 filled and my stomach got really upset within a few minutes of drinking the latte. Not sure if it's the type of almond milk used or if the cup used to steam the almond milk had previously been used for cow's milk, but either way it didn't sit well for me. I'm glad we tried Palmieri and would definitely recommend it to others. It's an out of the way spot that has plenty of indoor seating and decent parking too.
