Went here for a weeknight dinner and had a great time! Great atmosphere and service. The pizza was pretty delicious. I would have liked more sauce on the pie, but it was still a wonderful pizza with great dough.

Still a delicious place. We love the lunch special along with a side of French fries. The service was just a little lacking but overall I'll still always come back

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and our party of 3 got rooftop seating without a wait or reservation! We had 4 drinks and shared a 12 inch jalapeño pepperoni pizza. The dough has always been so good here and the pizza is thin but filling!! We had excellent service and really enjoyed our outing here. I've been a customer here for over 10 years for a reason!!! Parking is free and on the street and they have vegetarian options and mocktails!!

The space is so welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza of the month with its light crispy crust, siracha drizzle and crispy salami. A delicious experience.

Solid four stars for me. My favorite is actually the F-chicken. Stars are lost for me in that this meal used to come with two sides for the same price. I loved when it came with veggies and polenta. Now for 16.90 at the time of this review it just comes with one side with the chicken, which is definitely on the spendier side as far as value for amount of food you get! The goat cheese, spinach, tomato blend inside of the chicken is truly incredible, though. I love that they serve bread pieces here you can dunk in olive oil. I've had good service here each time I've been, and the ambiance is warm and cozy. It can get loud inside when it's really crowded. I personally prefer sitting downstairs as I feel it's a bit quieter. The pizza is ok for me, but there are other local places I would rather get my pizza. My four star review is more specific for this chicken dish. Last time I ordered this meal it came out with the chicken looking like a heart which was way more exciting to me than it may be for others, but I'm sentimental so it was fitting for the company I was sharing my meal with! This place gets extremely crowded so allow wait time if you go on a weekend for dinner. I recommend arriving early and going when you're not in a rush.

In the historic downtown Plano, is a pizza restaurant you don't want to miss out on. Urban Crust is in one of the beautiful old buildings on the main strip of this historic area, and the owners, Bonnie and Nathan Shea created a charming atmosphere for their restaurant. It combines the old with a flair of urban. It truly allows you to appreciate the old walls and feel comfortable with its updated presence. Now, for the food. They have the wood burning oven right in front of you, so you can watch them make your pizza and bake it. No hidden secrets here, friends! It's an open kitchen and the staff handles it well. When you sit down, your given the pizza bread in pieces with their marinara sauce to snack on while they cook your food. And their pizza bread is very tasty. I have had several pizzas here, and I have enjoyed each one. Tonight, my husband and I had several cheeses as our base (to include blue cheese) with Italian sausage. It was delicious. The way the flavors all fused together was truly a delight. And the service you receive is always consistent. The staff is attentive, friendly, engaging, and they make sure your drinks never get too low. It's a place that feels like you're going over to a friend's house to eat. You know the kind of friend where their mom is gracious and kind, and you always feel welcomed no matter what kind of day you've had. That's how I feel when I come to this pizza restaurant.

This is a cute spot right next to my favorite pub. We were looking for solid pizza and we found it! Really pleased with what we ordered and the bread with tapenade and bruschetta was tasty too! The old fashioned was good, but not as good as next door. The strawberry rhubarb pie was decent but a little soggy. Would definitely go back for the pizza! Service was great too. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Love that this place had 2 upper floors with a separate bar area. Very modern feel. They even have an elevator so you don't have to take the stairs.

The three of us really enjoyed our lunch at Urban Crust. Love the fresh pizza, bread and dipping sauces on the table. Our food was five star. The shrimp pasta and vodka sauce looked amazing as was the margarita pizza with the addition of a little Jimmy's Italian sausage. The sausage is a little too spicy for me but great pizza. Only wish they had unflavored ice tea as an option. Service was OK but once we were served our food, we never saw our waitress again until after we were finished. She should've checked to make sure everything was OK. Luckily it was.

Quattro Fromaggio - very high quality cheeses and just the right amount.

Might be the best pizza I've had in the last 5 years! They bring bread/crust and a couple dips as an appetizer. We had quattro fromaggio and italian sausage pizzas. The crust is absolutely perfect - see the picture - tasty, the right amount of flour, salt and yeastiness. Service was excellent - very attentive. Very nice place with a rooftop area as well - in old downtown Plano.

This place is amazing! The top roof has great views. Food was very good and drinks even better. This is a great spot for date night or GNO, just a good vibe all around. Service was also very good. Will visit again soon!

Went here for a girls night because we all really needed it! We were able to get a spot upstairs and it was cute. The space was a little tight but it's not that big of a deal. We ordered mussels, calamari and carpaccio (I believe, don't remember because I didn't eat due to being pregnant). The appetizers I would say were better than the pizza. However it was still mid. Mussels (4/5) Calamari (3/5) Shea's east side (3/5) Rigatoni Pomodoro (4/5) My girlfriends ordered rounds of shots and they were cool to make a fake shot for me! We ordered I believe four rounds of shots and then they cut us off. We weren't being loud or anything. We were just talking amongst ourselves and we were fine. I think if you want more round of shots, your best bet is to go to Urban rio and not here because they will cut you off.

We ordered two sets of beer flights, they were good overall, and I especially loved the mango and pineapple ones. For food, we got the BBQ chicken flatbread and a burger. Also, the tomato, pickles, and lettuce came on the side, which we didn't ask for, so we had to assemble the burger ourselves. Overall, the environment and service were great. We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

The bar is lit in a way that makes you want to stay and chat. The only thing lovelier than the bartenders (that have been the same for years) was the loveliest companion that accompanied me most recently, and held such a wonderful conversation. There is a lot to the atmosphere here, both inside and outside, with the inside feeling like an intimate event, and the patio being a party starter. They often have live acoustic music outside, but it isn't brash or overwhelming. Usually one person and a guitar with a small amp. Nothing crazy. I haven't had pizza in one million years, but if I were going to break the streak it would be here. It's got a real artisan feel and taste that can't be beat. It was counter service and the guy that took our order was laid back. We paid, he gave us a number and then we chose a place to sit and waited for our food. We ordered several items to share. We started off with a charcuterie board that had meats, cheeses, nuts, fruit, and toasted bread. It was really good. The bread was able to hold the ingredients and was nice and crispy but not overly crispy. The meats were good and the different cheeses were flavorful with different textures. The fruit was fresh and the nuts were a nice crunchy addition. Very yummy start. We also shared the Tejas Nachos with Brisket. The Nachos come with tortilla chips covered in cheese, queso, jalapenos, tomatoes, and crema. They were okay. The Brisket was plentiful. There was a lot of cheese and queso spread out all over the nachos. It was a little too much. The chips got soggier the closer you got to the bottom of the pile. Our last shared item was the ZZ Top BBQ Flatbread. It was okay. It came with an overabundance of cheese. It also came with jalapenos, BBQ sauce, and we ordered it with Chicken. It was okay. The cheese was gooey but overwhelming. The jalapenos added a spicy flavor and the BBQ sauce was tasty. Overall the restaurant has a cool atmosphere with good service. The counter service, ordering and paying process was quick and easy. Everytime someone brought our food to us they were friendly. The food was okay and literally very cheesy.

My partner did not enjoy his at all since it was basically just margarita mix. We quickly noticed that the prices on the menu were modified, handwritten new prices with pen on paper than was then taped over the old prices, with many dishes having increased by $5 compared to the prices shown on their website. We get it, inflation has been crazy, but that seemed drastic. The food was fine but in our opinion definitely not worth the increased prices. My dish (Rib Eye) was a good portion size and the flavor was fine, but it didn't blow my mind. The Arroz Poblano was a very sad portion size. Service was very slow throughout our whole visit, which is wild because we were the only ones there. An explanation on the delay between drop ins would've been nice. Sadly it just didn't meet our expectations and I'm not sure we will return. Maybe it was an off day for them, because many other reviews are filled with praise, but as of now we'll just opt for other Latin food spots we know.
