We were given their premium room and the only two employees at the time stated it would be a flat rate for the less than two hours we were there. We obviously were upset when they charged us per hour for the room that came out to a few HUNDRED dollars after being told another price before we went in. They also falsely stated that we were in the room a whole 20 minutes before we got in there (we have photo evidence) and they were standing firm on it. The owner was not there when we were talking with the two employees and immediately was very rude and condescending. I tried to explain the situation to her calmly and her response was to state that she was calling the cops immediately. This was our first time here and we are beyond disappointed. The place was at least decent in terms of equipment and quality. Sadly, the staff are all nasty and they will rip you off!
