So this place has been a staple for many years. The food is delicious and consistently served the same way. Service is always great and they will try to accommodate to your needs as best as they can. So my lady and I wanted a nice place for brunch after church Sunday morning. This place did not disappoint. Greeted with smiles even though it was really busy. Comfortable clean atmosphere. We have been to this restaurant previously, and it was good. Today...not so much. We placed our orders. Mine was a waffle, two eggs over medium and two slices of bacon. My friend ordered the Dutch baby. My food was brought out before hers, but it wouldn't have mattered. My waffle wasn't warm enough to melt the butter. I got scrambled eggs, also only barely warm. Her apples were brought out, so by the time her Dutch baby arrived, they were cold. We were never asked if we needed drink refills. The manager, I assume, offered to remake my food, but I was half done by then. I understand why there weren't many people there! read more

My first time going here but wanted a quick breakfast and overall I was not disappointed. This place is usually crowded on weekends but during the week it wasn't bad. I was just by myself this trip so was sat right away. My server greeted me quickly and took my drink order. She was also attentive throughout my time there. Since I was my first time I asked her what's one of the best things on the menu and she recommend the apple pancake. Now in my head I was thinking a normal pancake with some fried apples on top. I was wrong. She told me it would take about 25 minutes to prepare so I knew I was for something. After about the 25 minutes later I see my server coming back with this mound of apples baked into a this bread like bowl with brown sugar and steam rising like the Statue of Liberty in the night sky. I was immediately invested in this journey I was about to undertake. I cut into it and take my first bite and I am taken on a taste explosion of cinnamon, apples, and brown sugar. I don't know how to describe the "pancake." It tastes like a soufflé and pancake mixed together so has a kind of "eggy" taste to it. It's thinner than a pancake for sure. The cooks slightly crisped the outside (don't know if that's common) so added a slight charred taste to it. Overall I was impressed with it. It was massive so it's definitely one that can be easily shared with another person. This was definitely a good place for some nice eats. Started coming here for breakfast since we moved here. Love that they are fast and efficient and the wait is never long however, we always come before 9a. We ordered the omelette, duct baby pancakes, and blueberry waffles. The omelette is not pretty looking but its is good. You can get 2-3 servings from this omelette. My husband loves the Dutch baby pancakes. It's soft and custardy in the center. It is his new favorite breakfast item. The blueberry waffle is delicious. The waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside filled with blueberries. It also comes with a blueberry compote that is not too sweet. My only complaint is the add on of eggs and bacon is $12 alone. However, the other price as pretty good. 100% recommend. This is our go-to breakfast spot if we want to be in and out. Some of the booths up front is really tight, can barely get in, even as a smaller person. read more

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest lady and we knew we had picked the right place for breakfast. She was so nice and personable. Then we met our server, Chana, who took excellent care of us and was very friendly. We ordered the Dutch baby, the breakfast quesadilla, and a breakfast burrito. I asked for some substitutions on my burrito and was told, "Absolutely!" The food was fantastic! We ordered an Irish Benedict to go for my son and he really enjoyed it. With a name like the original pancake house of course I had to try the classic pancake! It did not disappoint. I do not normally order pancakes, but this one was just right. I only had one, with bacon cooked just to the right crisp. The waitress even asked my preference when she took my order. Hubby got a HUGE omelette with hm, eggs and cheese.
