Corned beef hash- made crispy per my order.
JD M.

I have been for breakfast 3 times now. Each time everything was very good- service, cleanliness, food. I had the corned beef hash the first time and the bacon and white cheddar frittata the 2nd and 3rd. Pancakes twice, and biscuit and gravy once. Always served hot and fresh. Illy coffee is good too. Oh, and we had a sticky bun this time and it was delicious.

Had a really amazing trip here today for Fathers' day! Used the Google/online reservation system about 30 minutes before we intended to meet up, and huge surprise to me a table opened 10 minutes earlier. Raced through traffic to "check in" hostess was unfazed by my tardiness and instantly sat me down. Clean bright, spacious interior. Felt like a great hall/room in the inside. Incredibly accommodating customer service overall, my parents were late as hell for whatever reason and the waiter was sooo patient with us. Checked on us repeatedly, very attentive and wasn't annoyed in the slightest that they closed in 40 minutes. Food tasted fresh and "home made". Slightest thing was they made everything with low salt, likely so that diners can add to the levels that they desire, not an issue but the saltiness is what draws me to brunch food! Portions are ginormous! Almost wish they had some smaller protein plates, like 2 eggs and biscuit or toast or something for people with smaller appetites. Again these are non issues. Hardly something to complain about at all. They serve Illy coffee so the drip is soliddd. Loved it and WILL be back.

Eggs, hash browns, bacon, and biscuit.

The good: The top half of the hash browns. The bad: The rest of the meal. I could not eat the eggs as the bottom of them, I could not get my fork through. The bacon was near burnt. The bottom of the hash browns were not cooked. I took my biscuit and my wife's sausage gravy and after it was in my mouth I had to run to the bathroom to dispose of it. There was a bitter taste to it that had me gagging. Nice inside, service was good, but as I write this, I'm still sick and my stomach is not happy. $50 dollars for two meals, not again.

We went for a late lunch here. We ordered Meat Loaf with mashed potatoes on the side and Arugula Salad. They taste great. Newly opened diner in the area. Service staff is helpful. Lots of parking. Nicely modern, decorated and well lighted diner. They close at 2 pm daily.

I'd give this a solid 4 stars. The ambiance is cool (the trees against the massive windows give a nice, cabin-feel touch). We came in on a rainy weekday so I felt it was a bit too dark for my liking. For starters, the pecan pancakes are delishhhhh. I'd go back simply for those! I'm glad my husband ordered those so I could have a few bites. I had the blueberry short stack and they were fine. My main was the bacon and white cheddar frittata. There weren't many options with veggies on the menu so I decided to add spinach to my frittata. I think the spinach threw it off which was my bad. The cheddar is Wisconsin made so that was great! Why not five stars? This place is a bit pricey. Overpriced for small beverage options. My cappuccino was tiny, and so was my husband's "large" orange juice. Both were two-three times smaller than what we're used to but was priced as average sizes. Hopefully they update this. They do offer sticky buns on Saturday and Sundays! I'd LOVE to try those!

Of course a new place and an old favorite Chicken Fried Steak, scrambled eggs, comes with 2 pancakes and a little cup of cheesy grits. The CFS was amazing a good steak in a crispy crust, creamy gravy. Eggs good and pancakes some of the best with warm syrup. Eduardo was are server and took great care of us.

Sticky bun
Goodness I.

Came here on a Sunday morning and the wait was about 15 minutes for a party of 7! Heads up, they do not do carry out/to go. Our waiter, Jhanathon, was very helpful and informative! He was attentive, kind, and truly is an asset to this restaurant. Everyone raved about their food and we were all pleased with the flavors and options. I'd definitely come back for round two!

We loved the original location and were sad to see it be a Covid casualty. When it opened near our home, we were excited to go back! The sticky bun was as delicious as I remembered it being years ago. Good portion sizes and tasty food! The ambience is nice and very clean. Our server was also very attentive and helpful. It's a bit overpriced in my opinion ($60+ including tips for 2 adult meals, a sticky bun, and some a la carte items for our child), but the quality is there...not to mention that they're a local place that's rebuilding from a prior closure and located in a very nice restaurant complex. We won't be regulars, but will definitely consider it when we want a nice weekend breakfast!

Hash browns

Service, food, and overall vibe was AMAZING!!! The hash browns were golden brown and savory!!!

Special of the day: pork schnitzel Benedict with grits and spinach

The food is always on point. I went with the pork schnitzel Benedict special of the day and my husband got the pumpkin waffle with bacon on the side. This is our go to brunch spot because it is always consistently delicious and the staff provides excellent service!

Like everyone else, I am excited the Crossroads Diner team is back at it! That being said, I am gonna keep it real.... When you walk inside, it is quaint, but simple and minimalist. The service staff was very attentive and friendly. They were the bright spot of my experience. Now let's talk about the food... I ordered the Fried Chicken and Brie Sandwich with French Fries. The chicken was tender. But the food was WAY to salty. Like I was hungry, but the salt content was so high I ate less than half kind of salty. Normally I would bring my leftovers to my dogs, but out of concern for their sodium intake I left the rest of my food on the table. To add some balance, the person I came here with ordered the Wagyu Burger and loved it. Overall for me though , I honestly don't think I need to come back as ultimately this place just wasn't for me.

Best French toast in all of DFW. Was so happy when they reopened at the new location and the recipe was unchanged.

Still the best pancakes come as a side to the inhouse corned beef seems more high end bbq than hash. Fresh baked quiche is worth the drive.

I really enjoyed the American cuisine here--great food and a nice atmosphere overall…read more I ordered the French onion soup and the Reuben eggrolls. The French onion soup seems to be popular here, and as soon as I saw that buttery-looking pastry puff baked on top, I knew I had to order it! It was definitely hearty, with plenty of onions (which I love). However, it was a bit saltier than I prefer. I do wish there were an option to substitute the onion soup with a chowder, like clam or corn chowder. The Reuben eggrolls were surprisingly good! I'm used to traditional Asian eggrolls, so I really liked this creative twist. The house-smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, and melted Gruyère cheese worked so well together. They tasted amazing with the spicy Russian dipping sauce (which I appreciated wasn't too spicy). It was such a flavorful and memorable dish! I'm glad I gave it a try.

He loved the bread said he was able to eat it without having to tear it with his teeth , some hoagies are tough , this wasn't just nice and soft . The meat was tender, not fatty and but held together such as you could dip it without having a giant mass of meat inside the sauce, it was actually in the sandwich you could dip it, eat it, but it was soft enough that you could eat it. Was loud inside and cold. Our waiter was so nice , up until he walked up my husband wanted to leave . Cause people that came in after us were being offered water and no one had said anything to us . I am gluten free, there wasn't much attention given to my food allergy. But I can manage and know how to protect myself. The waiter wrote down my food allergy but didn't seem to pay it any mind
