I would like an option with the açai bowls for adding protein. I know that the bases are scooped from the premade bins that they come in, but maybe there could be a way to incorporate a protein mixture with almond butter or something to that effect to add more protein as a topping, considering there is none in these bases The employee working was very friendly and nice. She was helpful and fun to talk to. Casual and tropical ambience always a cool place to stop and hang and eat a relatively healthy dessert lol

I…read moreordered a custom bowl with the Blue Majic base and topped it with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, granola, and coconut. Everything tasted super fresh, and the flavors worked really well together. The Blue Majic base was smooth and refreshing definitely something I'd get again. The staff was friendly, and the manager stood out in particular super helpful and clearly knew the menu well. She took the time to walk us through some of the base and topping options, which made the process easy, especially for a first-timer. The restaurant itself was bright and very clean, which I appreciated. The only downside was there was a bit of a weird smell nothing overpowering, but noticeable enough to mention. It didn't ruin the experience, just something that took away from the otherwise fresh vibe. All in all, it's a solid spot for a healthy treat. Not quite a 5-star visit this time, but I'd definitely come back to try more combinations.

I was only persons not in yoga pants, or gym bug outfit, but it was my recovery day. of all these high-calorie Smoothie Bowls, I chose the lowest, 480 calories, the "Bee Berry Sting" bowl: Pitaya (dragonfruit) powder smoothie base, topped with pieces of fresh mango, fresh strawberries, and fresh blueberries... and also some sugary rock-hard granola. The pitaya was decent for a powder mix, I hope it maintains the Vitamin C level of the fresh fruit. The mango, strawberry, and Blueberry part was very good, fresh & flavorful. The granola was ridiculous, like caliche gravel for roads. If I try this again, hold the granola. The $11 price tag should get a better quality.

I explained that it was my first time there and that I had a few questions about their services. Suddenly, a random girl from across the bar of people interrupted, saying, "What do you want?" Confused, I hesitated, not sure who to address, and she repeated, "What do you want? I work here too." I explained that I had never been there before but generally knew how I liked my smoothies and had some questions. She snapped back, "We don't do fruit smoothies; they're protein-based." Given that the place is connected to a gym, I assumed that was obvious, but fine. I clarified that I was indeed there for a protein-based smoothie, and I noticed fruit listed on the menu. When I asked if they could add fruit to the smoothie, a different woman chimed in aggressively, saying, No fruit at all. The entire experience felt hostile and unwelcoming. I had no idea who I should be talking to or why it seemed like they wanted me to leave.

The tea is good, but I don't find it significantly better than what you can get at other boba shops. It feels like the popularity of the brand has allowed them to raise prices beyond what the experience offers. If you're planning to visit, just be aware that you'll likely pay more here than at many other tea spots for a similar drink
