After oral surgery, my mom stopped to get me a smoothie here. We both said I need a smoothie with no seeds and milk. The lady said I could have a smoothie with banana and add mango and pineapple. At no point I was told the smoothie had frozen yoghurt, or any milk derived products which I couldn't have. I also asked for no seeds. The smoothie was al bananas, no flavor of pineapple or mango and did have seeds unfortunately. As soon as we called to confirm it had yogurt, I was really disappointed. This is a huge mistake. If some says they cannot have an ingredient you shouldn't put it in a smoothie as it can have a serious impact in someone's life, whether it's an allergy or illness. I love smoothie king but this location got it really wrong today. I hope the spoons I had don't cause my any reaction and impact on my recovery process. read more

I am generally not a smoothie kind of person. In fact, this was only my second time ever going to a smoothie shop in my 41 years on this planet and I have to admit the only reason I did was my daughter insisted on her birthday. With that said I am glad I did as I was impressed with the quality and taste of smoothie King's smoothies and I have to admit I will be going back as soon as possible for another smoothie. With the cleanliness, quality, and service being as good as they are I would definitely recommend giving this place to try ASAP. At the point of this review, I have only tried it once so I will have to get back to you on the consistency, quality, and service. Greetings Joe, Yes I reached out to the store manager and he told me to come back with the Bowls and get a replacement. My problem with that is: 1. my time is very valuable and limited to have to back track to fix a problem that I paid to be corrected in the first place. 2. He spoke as if he didn't care one way or another because it wasn't him that was very inconvenient. 3. He also said in the lines of people eat the bowls want a free one. Well I'm sorry if that happens but I'm not every customer. This saddens and anger me at the same time I just said forget it and looked at it as a wash. Last few times I've gotten the Strawberry extreme smoothie the strawberries tasted stale. I asked if the changed recipe and was told no. I waited a few days and got another one and the strawberries again tasted stale. read more
