WARNING - NOT A KID-FRIENDLY LOCATION!! This location is full of misopedists!! This is the second time at this location that they have gotten onto my toddler for touching the bottles (my now 8-year-old when he was younger and my 22-month-old today). Today was the worst experience and that is what brings me here, and I will be escalating to the email provided. Right underneath me, my toddler was picking up the pill bottles and putting them back in place, give or take an inch or so. The associate asked him to stop rearranging the shelves, of course he didn't understand, but I asked him to stop despite seeing any real threat. Then the associate started on him again, this time another associate came over and began to pry the bottle out of his hands saying "NO!" How dare they attack us like that! Explain to me the difference between a full-grown adult moving the bottles versus a child? If they don't want children in their store, they need to post it at the front instead of attacking their guests. It's disappointing because I actually liked this place. read more

You're at your own risk if you buy anything here. Even with a receipt they won't issue a refund if there's a problem with the product unless the manufacturer actually issues a nationwide recall of the product, so beware! I personally won't shop here again. read more

Have you ever walked into a business and the employees are having a conversation. And you are not greeted,well, this does not happen in Herbmart. Conversations ends and the greetings begin. This is why I travel the distance. The employees are hospitable and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. It's one of my favorite stores to shop. read more

I am so happy that I have one of these stores nearby! This store is a God send!!! Everything I need from Shea butter to bentonite clay I can find here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, which is very refreshing compared to the these other big name stores. If you have one in your area and you haven't been, you should check it out. This is like a quick stop health food market. The food standards of herbmart is a bit higher than you typical grocer. They are sort of a middle ground mini mart type of place when compared to the larger health food stores. They have a good variety of product here. A GOOD SELECTION of organics and healthier foods. I don't shop here often but I HAVE Been here a number of times. I wish the hours were later and that is a barrier sometimes that keeps me from coming here. They also really don't have much is any fresh produce or pet food. They have some ingredients if you wanted to make your own homemade pet food if you are in a bind. I so wish a larger Health food store would enter this side of the metroplex. read more

My wife needed me to pick up some vitamins, and suggested Herbmart. She told me about this spot a while ago, but I had never gone to check it out. This is a brand new location, so Herbmart shoppers of the past, make sure you check the new address before you go. If you need ANY type of organic/natural/vegan vitamin or supplement, I can't think of another spot with a bigger variety. It's set up just like a small grocery store. The aisles are lined with vitamins, household products, groceries, etc. There's even a refrigerated section along one side which holds a wide variety of vegan/natural foods. Great stuff! In addition to the great location and great products, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave me great advice on which vitamins I should consider, and they were very helpful on the checkout as well. I know that I'm going back...probably on a regular basis. read more

I love Herbmart, and since I moved from Richardson to Rockwall it was a bit of trek to get to the store in Plano which I thought was the only one. WooHoo! This one is much closer. You just can't beat their prices unless you go online, but then you have to pay shipping and wait until it arrives. I've been to this particular store at least 4 times in the past two months and they are always helpful going out of their way to not only tell you where a product is, but walking you to the product and showing you where it is on the shelf. There is one lady, always dressed in blue, who is the sweetest person, very personable and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Herbmart, except that once in a while they don't have something I want. I was looking for Paleo bread and had to go to Natural Grocers as they are the only store in the DFW area that carries it. STICKER SHOCK! Not only was the Paleo bread more expensive than ordering online from the bakery in San Diego, CA, but I did a bit of price checking on a few items I had just purchased at Hebmart and found that their prices are double that of Herbmart for the same brand and size. Love this place for their prices. Natural is the key word for most of their items sold here. We personally buy our natural shampoo and cleaning supplies here because their prices are unbeatable. They also have non-gmo protein bars that are high up on our list. If you are gluten free, this is also your place. They have many items to fit your health specifications. They carry many NOW products, which are also one of our favorites. In short, we highly recommend this place! read more

I have been a customer of Herbmart for over ten plus years. I enjoy going there to get great deals on the vitamins I use. However, every since the store moved on Beltline the prices continue to get higher and the customer service has went down. Now since the pandemic has hit I have noticed that certain employees customer service skills seem to be rather rude and lacking! Today was the second time I have experienced the rudeness of particular employees. I will no longer visit this store location. I would like to thank Jauron for his great customer service! read more

Every supplement one could need is found under this one roof, every form of whole grain bread (millet toast, yum!), any kind of grass fed meat and organic poultry.
