They have a long menu with lots of choices. I tried the PB&J smoothie which was great, my husband had something with pineapple in it which was OK. One noticeable difference between this place and the chains is it seems to use much less in the way of sweetener, making me feel like I'm actually consuming something nutritious. It's still sweetened with honey, just doesn't have that junky sweet taste you get from the fruit syrups and turbinado sugars that is common with the other smoothie joints. Although I showed proof from my bank statements that the online item has been paid for and no charge backs were made, Anastasia said my proof was not enough and to call Vitamin Shoppe customer service to confirm payment. After speaking with the representative, she confirmed to Anastasia that the online order has been paid in full and no charge backs were made. The representative also stated I was okay to pick up my online order. I also called my bank to confirm that there has been a charge with no charge backs. Although I showed my email with confirmation number & payment, bank statement, and called my bank to confirm payment, it was not enough proof for Anastasia. As a store manager, Anastasia lacked professionalism and actual help. As a store manager, Anastasia should have called herself to confirm payment instead of assuming the payment didn't go through, just because she thought it didn't go through. I was very disappointed with the attitude and little knowledge Anastasia knew about PayPal charges. This will be my last visit to this location as long as Anastasia is there.

An associate named Mona treated me with blatant disrespect and behaved in a way that clearly implied I was stealing. The way she spoke to me and watched me was humiliating and unprofessional. I was made to feel uncomfortable, judged, and unwelcome as a customer. This experience was upsetting enough that I do not plan to return, and I would seriously caution others. Natural Grocers needs to do better when it comes to staff training and how customers are treated.
