He will always find you a better co-pay or cash pay on your script, and if he can't, he will be honest and tell you and suggest where you might find what you need. Also, if you're upset, tell Bilal so that he knows where the problem is. They are very busy and when they get new staff, everyone has to understand that there is always a learning curve. Be patient, bug them on Monday even if you know you're not getting your script until Friday. Then call and ask again on Tuesday! They can only order meds Mon-Thur. NOT FRIDAY...which will make you pissed because you won't be able to get it then until the following Monday. Yes, they're open on Saturday, but that goes for ALL pharmacies!!! I've noticed a surge overall from the public in buying medications, just remember that Pfizer headquarters recently got ran through from a tornado. If you have to wait, it's because they are doing the best that they can to compensate for that. All pharmacies will be affected. I have lost a few prescriptions due to failure to follow through on my own doctors end, (who is also about to get a review from me today) IF you do YOUR part, stay on top of things and if he doesn't have it, you won't have to worry about it because you have a paper script, and can ask if they have something.
