They had a young guy /manager who literally had the doors last during the middle of the day about 6 months ago. Several customers and myself were knocking on the door. One recommendation was 'Lemonade Stand', however it gave me an extremely negative experience (only 1/2 of 10mg). The negative experience lasted for over 24 hours. I've been doing gummies for awhile and NEVER had such a bad experience. So, I took them back in today (less 1) to ask for an exchange based on owner's suggestion. 'No way'. A partial credit? 'Not our policy'. Could you at least let owner know that this batch may actually be bad?? The front desk lady was extremely rude, wouldn't even listen to me. I'm betting the owner would be horrified at how we were treated but who knows. Maybe it's just a pump and dump store before state legislation kills it all. It was our last trip to see them.

It was as more unpleasant than talking to a MAGA fanatic. If this was the shop owner than good luck, because you will need it. I'd suggest reading some Dale Carnegie books for Sales skills. The Addison store was very helpful, thankfully. I should have just gone there in the first place.

Helpful, courteous and knowledgable and so nice come to mind!! The store is pleasant and relaxing to be there. They always bring me a rolling desk chair so I can look at the items in display case as we discuss them. They even noticed I am walking better! I have checked out prices and this shop is comparable to others plus, the company gives discounts on your first purchase, your birthday and happy hour is from 2:00PM to 4:20 Pm EVERYDAY when you get a SECOND tincture 50% off. They are also developing a reward program for dollars spent. Now for why I was there. My niece in law told me about Kratom over a year ago. Her mother who has MS started taking when her neurologist stopped proscribing opioids. I have had chronic pain for the last 25 years from chronic myofacial pain (muscles feel like the are being pulled off the bone), fibromyalgia and the biggy Ankylosing Spondyloarthapathy. This arthritis effects the major joints and eventually even your spine will fuse. Two hip replacements, 4 fused disc replaced and scoliois bars put in my back from walking bent over to avoid the pain. A year later a laminectomy and I still need more back surgery. In May, my neuro of 15 years decided with all the new federal regs and insurance companies crap, he would no longer treat chronic pain due to increased cost of staffing. I was angry and wasn't sure where to turn. I have a pain management doctor, but he doesn't proscribe opioids, . I remembered the KRATOM and how it has helped her mother stop the opioids, but I was SKEPTICAL. My daughter told me about a new CBD place that just opened in Wylie, so I what can it hurt, pardon the pun. THANK GOODESS FOR THESE NEW NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS. I can not begin to tell everyone about the BENEFITS of CBD oil from HEMP and KRATOM from the leaves of a species of coffee plants. The Kratom is a capsule I take to alleviate the chronic pain that is made from the leaves of a species of coffee trees. Read about it. The science is how it effects opioid receptors, The cbd oil from HEMP is absolutely a miracle that replaces all the muscle relaxers in the world that can't even hold a candle to CBD OIL. It relaxes me so much that my horrible muscle pain is down next to nothing. I swing my arm and they feel so loose. No more major charley horse cramps all over. Off the fetanyl patch (stopped 2 months ago). No more hydrocodone and it only took 8 days to stop with the KRATOM as needed) and no more stigma about taking opioids!!!! I didn't start out to be so personal about my issues, but thought I needed to explain so people will benefit it that have joint or muscle pain. This is the REAL DEAL! For those of you who say they are placebos, then all I can say is try it, you may like it just like Mikey from the commercial 40 years ago.

Took it back to the store and they said the disposable in the box wasn't even the same product and refused to swap it out or refund me.
