I have been going here since the owner, Bilal, opened. He is very sincere, knowledgeable, and he does his very best to do all he can for every single one of his clients. He will always find you a better co-pay or cash pay on your script, and if he can't, he will be honest and tell you and suggest where you might find what you need. Also, if you're upset, tell Bilal so that he knows where the problem is. They are very busy and when they get new staff, everyone has to understand that there is always a learning curve. Be patient, bug them on Monday even if you know you're not getting your script until Friday. Then call and ask again on Tuesday! They can only order meds Mon-Thur. NOT FRIDAY...which will make you pissed because you won't be able to get it then until the following Monday. Yes, they're open on Saturday, but that goes for ALL pharmacies!!! I've noticed a surge overall from the public in buying medications, just remember that Pfizer headquarters recently got ran through from a tornado. If you have to wait, it's because they are doing the best that they can to compensate for that. All pharmacies will be affected. I like to say, don't hate the player, hate the game...and over the last couple years, all of Big Pharma have given us a rotten deal. The Covid shot is being proven ineffective and now, everyone has more health problems than they did. Remember, this is an independent pharmacy...which means, ONE location. Get on your phone, give them a call, ASK if they have what you need. My final and most important piece of advice is to ASK FOR A PAPER PRESCRIPTION. I have lost a few prescriptions due to failure to follow through on my own doctors end, (who is also about to get a review from me today) IF you do YOUR part, stay on top of things and if he doesn't have it, you won't have to worry about it because you have a paper script, and can ask if they have something. Especially now in this time. I've been let down more by my own general practitioner MD, than I ever have by Live Oak. read more

LOVE Live Oak Pharmacy! This is the only pharmacy I have ever gone to that goes out of their way to assist the customers (which is how it should be). If they are out of my prescription, they call around to find a pharmacy that CAN fill it for me - most other pharmacies tell you that you need to call around and figure it out yourself, but Live Oak Pharmacy always does this for me! They have been out of my prescription a few times, but that's not necessarily their fault - it had to do with the manufacturer, but they went the extra mile and found it for me. Very nice people working the counter - friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. I drive past probably 50 other pharmacies to get to this one, but it's worth the drive for that kind of customer service. Thank you Live Oak Pharmacy for doing your job and doing it well! Oh, and they use an app so you can send them text messages! They always answer promptly and let you know the status or if you need to do anything to get your prescription filled. It's amazing and the type of customer service and care everyone should get from any pharmacy. Live Oak Pharmacy knows what they are doing and must have a great management team. This pharmacy wouldn't give me a 90 day prescription of Ozempic saying their supply was low but they actually told my insurance that they lose money when selling more than one 4-pen box at a time so they don't do it. What scammers! read more

We have been using Live Oak Pharmacy for about 4-5 months now and I am extremely disappointed. Our meds are NEVER ready, even if I have given them a week to fill them. I also seem to have to go in circles with them with how much they have given me (30 days or 90 days) or how much it costs. Also, there are medications that I have been on for YEARS and they have tried to tell me that they are not covered under my insurance , which I know is wrong. Lastly, they keep trying to charge me for some of my meds when I have completely hit my out of pocket and deductible. Overall, this pharmacy is a pain in my ass. The entire reason we switched pharmacy's was because Live Oak is closer to my home and they deliver. They have never once offered to deliver and have never even sent me texts saying my family's meds were ready. I will be switching pharmacy's asap. read more

My dermatologist sent my script here on Tuesday. They called me Wednesday and told me that my co-pay would be $65. I called them back when I got off work and asked why it was so high? I was told it was because my insurance would not cover a 90 day supply and would only cover 15 days. I told them I didn't need a 90 day supply because it was new and I was going back to the doctor in 30 days. The 15 day script was only $1.12!!! I gave them my CC and they said it would be ready the next day to pick up. I told them that I was told it would be delivered. They said yes and to expect it Friday. Friday evening I still have not gotten it, so I called. I was told that it wasn't ready and the cost was $65?!?! I informed the gentleman on that answered that I was only getting a 15 day supply and it was $1.12. He asked who I spoke with and I told him. He got that person on the phone and he explained again why it was so much. I had to remind him that I was only getting the 15 day supply, he processed it and asked me for my CC. I informed him that he took that information on Wednesday. He asked me to confirm the card number, so I told him the last 4 numbers. He thanked me and said that I should still be getting the script by 7pm. He calls me back and said the card didn't go through, so I asked him what card number he was using. He repeated the number and I had to correct him because he wrote a wrong digit. I asked him to run it while I was on the phone and it went through. Today is Saturday and I still do not have my medication!!!! read more

stay away. this pharmacy held my script for a week, I call to check on it, oh they were waiting on me to call so I could now pay the delivery fee. I asked to cancel the script so I could go elsewhere, she waived the fee and ships my script via "UPS" and promises that it will be at my door next day. call back because I didn't get it the next day, now nobody knows where it's at. somebody will check on it and call me back. 3 hours later, I call again, sit on hold for 20 minutes before somebody picks up. I was again told that it shipped and it had been shipped via USPS but it won't show tracking, but I assure you the driver has it. Bull. Shit. what a joke! I will never go here again. now we will be 2 weeks without a script that was called in 8 days before it even ran out. read more

I was introduce to this pharmacy by my doctor. I have to tell you that this pharmacy reminds me alot of the pharmacy back home in my small town. When you walk in the door, they know you by name and that for some reason made me felt good about taking all my business there for my health care needs.
