Current situation is My practitioner recently changed over to Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals. So, when I needed my BHRT replaced In December I authorized them a 1 x time charge, for 1 x times the BHRT Pellet fee, and that was it nothing else. Thinking that was the end of it until next time, boy was I wrong! (Keep in mind these only get implanted every 6 months or so.) However exactly 1 month later January 23 I get another charge for 3 x times the amount and this is supposed to be for an oral cheek dissolvable estrogen compound tablet that came out of nowhere, only arrives in the mail without warning of any kind with an invoice billing me again 3 times the amount of implantable that I received a month ago. My practitioner contacted this company, and then I also tried to contact this company and oddly the manager of the company would not even get on the phone with me. They sent a message to the accounting department back to her stating that "the accounts receivable lady can tell me they've already spoken to my provider and that was it nothing further they could do, and that my they couldn't accept the package back not because the content's had been opened or disturbed but because the PLASTIC FEDX package had been opened... When I was talking to the staff person during my merchandise selection and said I wasn't sure the merchandise was what I needed, I may need to check, that would have been an opportune time for the sales person to say, "Well, all sales are final so you may want to make sure first". Or at least have a clearly visible sign at the register stating all sales are final. No, it's in small print at the bottom of your receipt with no notification until you try to bring it in for a return. Not returning here, in any meaning of the word. Shysters.

I've had a few bizarre health issues the past few years keeping me from driving but they do free deliveries with absolutely no question no hassle and no third party delivery services. When I showed them I have workers comp, the first time I was supported (generous choice of words there), the employee told me coldly that my primary care would have to tell the pharmacy. "Sean" I was already having a bad day dealing with the situation that I was in trying to get a photo printed out. This young man Sean. Took patience, time and showed respect and commitment to the customer. Having a positive experience in his store. Mr. Sean went far beyond service to the customer and giving me the necessary respect and support that I needed just for a simple picture. He had no real idea of the stuff that I had been going through just to get this picture made. Mr. Sean show dedication and caring. By the time I got back in line there were two people ahead of me again and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Regardless everyone there was very nice. I would just warn you if there's a small line you may be held up for a while, and wanted to post a review incase this is a reoccurring problem that could be solved by management.
