Current situation is My practitioner recently changed over to Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals. So, when I needed my BHRT replaced In December I authorized them a 1 x time charge, for 1 x times the BHRT Pellet fee, and that was it nothing else. Thinking that was the end of it until next time, boy was I wrong! (Keep in mind these only get implanted every 6 months or so.) However exactly 1 month later January 23 I get another charge for 3 x times the amount and this is supposed to be for an oral cheek dissolvable estrogen compound tablet that came out of nowhere, only arrives in the mail without warning of any kind with an invoice billing me again 3 times the amount of implantable that I received a month ago. My practitioner contacted this company, and then I also tried to contact this company and oddly the manager of the company would not even get on the phone with me. They sent a message to the accounting department back to her stating that "the accounts receivable lady can tell me they've already spoken to my provider and that was it nothing further they could do, and that my they couldn't accept the package back not because the content's had been opened or disturbed but because the PLASTIC FEDX package had been opened... When I was talking to the staff person during my merchandise selection and said I wasn't sure the merchandise was what I needed, I may need to check, that would have been an opportune time for the sales person to say, "Well, all sales are final so you may want to make sure first". Or at least have a clearly visible sign at the register stating all sales are final. No, it's in small print at the bottom of your receipt with no notification until you try to bring it in for a return. Not returning here, in any meaning of the word. Shysters.

They know me the second I begin speaking on the phone- not that my voice is distinctly different, but they truly hear me. I've had a few bizarre health issues the past few years keeping me from driving but they do free deliveries with absolutely no question no hassle and no third party delivery services. Long may they prosper because I will never wish to go to any other pharmacy ever again. Stephen was my first encounter and he was great! Tran is also a wonderful part of the team and recently I discovered that one of my favorite all time pharmacy people left that horrible XXXXgreensXXXX and is now working there- Amar! I assume they'll fill it, and if they don't, then they would contact me to say they aren't filling it. And why. It's a sealed (uncontrolled) bottle of fluid. No pills to count. Seems easy enough to just process it, and if it comes down to me arriving and saying: "oh no! My insurance won't cover it? So tragic!" Then I'll just pay the $34. If not, they can just put it back if I seriously refuse to find ways to cover what I clearly must have. They also never did a transfer I requested, then the next day (today) I call to find this out. That's where I just had a new RX sent there instead, because they clearly don't want to be bothered to do a transfer I guess. At least they call me back when I leave a Vm (the latest way to speak to a pharmacist) and that's where I said to please just fill the RX and I'll pay the $34 without insurance. And I was actually very kind and humble, but they hung up while I was asking when it'd be ready. Which prompted me to write this update: They still suck. And they're still the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby... So I still go there.

For reference there were two people in front of me. When I finally got to the window my prescription wasn't ready so I was told to circle the block for a minute until it was done. By the time I got back in line there were two people ahead of me again and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Regardless everyone there was very nice. I would just warn you if there's a small line you may be held up for a while, and wanted to post a review incase this is a reoccurring problem that could be solved by management. (My frustration may also be influenced by the fact that my car's AC doesn't work while idling so I was waiting in 97° heat for 40min)
