I've used them for my pet meds; consistently slow. So slow each month I asked for a three-month refill so I didn't have to deal with them regularly. Then I unfortunately needed my own compounded prescription and had nothing but problems. Never ready when promised, don't call you when it is ready, discusses something with you as if you've had this conversation before (we didn't). Will not use them again. If you have to go here, be warned you're in for a rude and slow response. read more

If you are looking for a compounding pharmacy that is reliable and will fill your prescriptions in a timely manner don't use this one. I called in for my refill on May 26th. It was supposed to be ready on May 29th or 30th. I did not get a call that the prescription was ready so I stopped in on Sat. June 3rd to check on it. It has not been filled. Unfortunately this is not unusual occurrence for the compounding pharmacy. It is time to look for another compounding pharmacy to do business with. read more

**Do not WASTE your time at this pharmacy! Go Elsewhere!**- Review from Customer of over 3 Years!! Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the experience and the time wasted at this pharmacy. I started using this pharmacy because I was referred by my Doctor, also located in the middle of my work and where I (previously) lived. They also deliver your prescription ( within a certain range). Sounds great right? I have to always call once a month to make sure my RX would be filled- they do not automatically set you up or have a log of any sorts to keep up. Every time I would call to do this- whomever answers the phone always sound very manic, like they are doing so much and they can't be bothered with a phone call. For the first 2 years I was going they weren't nearly as bad, now they always sound like they absolutely hate their life. They do not look nor ask for information from the pharmacist before answering "NO"- no they do not have this or that, no they have not received an RX no no no I have had the SAME RX for the last 3years, same amount, AND same doctor The previous Pharmacist (young'ish brunette Caucasian male)was AMAZING he was the only one who I feel, knew what they were doing in that entire pharmacy. They have multiple Pharmacist's and there are two specifically that are Extremely: *-Rude and Arrogant *-They change your RX brand without letting you know or explaining ANYTHING (nor the staff hat checkout with any "updates") *-The other pharmacist also YELLS AT customers (and their spouses) right in front of his staff and other customers in the pharmacy! I moved over 2 years ago, Out of range for delivery (didn't use that option very often anyways) and continued to fill my RX there even being more out of the way but I liked the Pharmacist and because I had already been going there for so long. I work in a medical office setting, so I'm very aware of how staffing issues are (post pandemic) I UNDERSTAND of how many patients (customers) there are and I'm VERY understanding of circumstantial situations of day to day that come up. I also: Deescalate situations-upset or irrational patients-ANSWER QUESTIONS, ASK if I do not have the answer Treat our patients(and visitors) as WE would like to be treated-Customer Service 101 (you would think!) Being understanding of the above, Medical offices have been severely understaffed on the front end and back end, including mine. I went out of my way to I make it priority to call and check that they will fill my ON file RX ON time since it is not just a block down the street from me. Since I chose to keep using this pharmacy (Even though I moved and is no longer conveniently located for me) I would have to find a time within the open hours and my work (open 6 days) I would calculate when I could rush over on my lunch break WHEN I had staff to cover OR when I did not have staff to cover I would have my spouse pick up if and when possible. -really doesn't help when the RX is changed without knowledge (nor spouse) and your taking your meds and realizing "I feel a bit off" and looking a your RX and realizing you don't know what you've been taking. I have ONE prescription ONE. I only take my multi vitamin and my ONE prescribed medication everyday. So since I take it routinely everyday as prescribed, for the previous 2 and 1/2 years of filling my Prescription there and it ALWAYS being the same Specifically prescribed medication from my physician, you get in the ROUTINE of not looking at the name of RX or notice a slight color difference. When I asked picking up next time pharmacist said "Well just request that next time!" You want me to specifically ask you for what my Prescription clearly states??? WOW. If you go to this pharmacy the staff will BE the headache versus preventing one. Todays pick up was the WORST experience and I will be going else where I will also be submitting a complaint to the state board as well as the BBB. I've only been using the pharmacy for about a year because my doctor of 30+ years recommended them. Now they tell me the will not fill me prescription because I don't live in the neighborhood. I get a prescription once every three months, and somehow I'm a hindrance on your business? A small business that doesn't need customers or referrals. Used to go to CVS for meds and it was always a disaster. Then when I got kids who got sick I realised I wanted to try a pharmacy that knew what the hell it was doing. Never turned back once I started going here. I had a regular prescription they always keep me posted on filing and communicate well with every doctor I've ever had, including my kids. Theres always parking out front and no lines so I can run in and out quickly with no issues. read more

I went here regularly for several months. Almost every time I picked up a prescription, something was wrong. 1) More than once the problem was that not all of my prescriptions were ready, although I'd been told by phone that they were. 2) At lease two or three times, they had raised the prices on my compounded meds without even telling me; it was only when I noticed and made a fuss that they lowered them back down. 3) Sometimes my insurance company had raised the prices on the non-compounded meds, which was not the pharmacy's fault, but they always failed to explain the reasons to me. 4) Getting my compounded meds refilled was a waiting game. Sometimes it would be ready in 2 days, other times it would have to take 2 weeks. There was no consistency. More often than not, I would have to call multiple times to ask about a given med, and then I would be given a long-winded excuse rather than an answer for when my prescriptions would be ready. As a result I ended up switching to a pharmacy that is much further from my house (Abrams Royal Pharmacy II), because it is well run and never has issues like these. read more

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. One of the ladies that answers the phone at this pharmacy is very nice, the other lady is EXTREMELY RUDE. Emphasis on EXTREMELY. I can typically ignore rude behavior as I know the people in this industry deal with a lot of sh*t themselves. However, the lady that took my call on 2/21/24 all but told me to kick rocks when I tried to fill my prescription. I have used this pharmacy for months, but I would rather make the drive than be berated for trying to fill my prescription. The time before when I called, the same lady answered and literally SCREAMED at me through the phone. I have had my fair share of not so great experiences with different pharmacies, but this location is by FAR the worst. If you enjoy being told your medication is available for pickup, only to show up and be told they don't have the medication in stock at all, this is the place for you. Additionally, if you enjoy being talked down to- give this pharmacy a call. Trust me, you will undoubtedly regret it. read more

After using several pharmacies in the area, I've finally found my favorite. The staff of Arapaho Pharmacy are so friendly and helpful. When I've had to wait for prescriptions, I go next door to pick up a boba tea and by the time I've done that, my prescription is ready! They're so fast but if you have any questions they're more than happy to spend time with you. They also have a ton of cute gifts and everything you could ever need for a medical emergency at home. I highly recommend Arapaho Pharmacy. Try them once and you'll see! read more

Compounding pharmacy, Rx delivery, medical supplies, drugs and supplements. They have a large variety of items in a small space, making it rather crowded, but well supplied and the staff is quite helpful in locating and accessing what you need. There is a section dedicated to toys and kitsch, but that is separated from medical needs except for a few items by the register. An example of the helpful staff - I called to check on their hours and discovered that as I suspected they were already closed. But as they were doing inventory they were going to be on the premises and insisted that I could come to pickup my prescription now. They could not allow me to come in but went back and forth from the door to the back of the store to get my meds and run my card for payment. Way above and beyond! This isn't a place like the Walgreen's where you get your prescription along with shampoo, nail polish and snacks. This is a small neighborhood pharmacy with better selection of medical supplies than most drugstores and helpful staff. My only complaint? They aren't open on Sundays, or evenings. But I understand and appreciate that even though it makes it harder for me to get by there. read more

the employees could not be nicer and more patient! they are so patient in dealing with my mother who has slight dementia and will deliver at the last minute to her independent living facility (just a few blocks away) they always answer the phone quickly are so nice and accommodating, I can't say enough nice things about the staff and their service!!! read more

This place is really disorganized and doesn't care about customer much. All the items are overpriced especially the medical devices. I tried to buy medical stockings and they were being sold for more than twice the amount on the internet. Worst of all, the lady with the red swollen mouth who tried to sell it was acting really manic which made me super uncomfortable. You are better off going to other private pharmacies or buying items online. read more

This pharmacy is the best ever found! They are like the ma and pop store. They deliver, and if waiting for prescription, the time is never longer than 10 minutes. I feel like I am part of the family at this pharmacy. Other store items may be a bit pricey compared to corporate stores, but they have just about anything needed for Medicare needs and will make a special order for you individually when needed. If another store has something less expensive, no big deal, purchase from the other store. I trust and remain a loyal customer to Arapaho Pharmacy for 20+ years!! read more
