That said, this review is really for people who aren't familiar with CVS or the U.S. drugstore setup. For locals, this is honestly an ideal CVS. It's clean, extremely organized, and very self-explanatory. Everything runs efficiently, and people move in and out quickly. Even when several customers walk in at once, checkout is fast and there's never a real line. It's one of those places where errands feel painless. The only real downside is staffing. There usually isn't more than one employee on the floor, and they're often busy stocking. If you're from out of town--especially if you're unfamiliar with self-checkout or need help navigating the store--that can be frustrating. While the layout makes perfect sense to locals, it might not feel as intuitive to someone visiting from outside the U.S. So while I'd absolutely recommend this CVS to locals for its efficiency and cleanliness, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it as the easiest option for international visitors or first-timers. Yes, it's a little weird to review a CVS--but that's my honest take. i

He has a really good selection of quality CBD products, vitamins, and workout supplements. I purchased some CBD products from him and he spent a good 10 minutes discussing all the pros and cons. His prices are way more affordable than some of the CBD shops in town! I felt so much more comfortable purchasing products from a healthcare professional as opposed to a an overpriced CBD shop. Since I received exceptional service at the pharmacy, I will probably transfer all my prescriptions over! I would particularly say she works mainly on the weekends because every time I come into the store (usually on a Friday or Saturday night) she's always there. I didn't catch her name, but, she has beautiful eyes with a very intimidating demeanor (which I believe is great when working an overnight shift at a location like Lemmon). I do see other clerks here and there, but I see her the most. I like her... and I know some customers may think her presence is cold and dismissive because she doesn't exude the "bubbly customer service" energy during her shift, but she's actually a kind and very attentive employee. Yes, her demeanor can be intimidating, but she's only tough on customers with bad intentions. I have witnessed firsthand her catching a thief, BEFORE the theft. Every time I walk in the store she is either stocking the products, checking customers out at the register, or standing guard at the self checkout section. Not kidding! Every time I push the button for assistance (because majority of the store is locked up) she's always the one coming with the key. She's one of the best overnight employees (in my opinion) and I greatly appreciate her presence at this location -because the security there is actually useless... - hints to why 4 stars.

I thought it was my imagination until I asked Cathy Zhang, owner/pharmacist, about it and she explained that their ears different degrees of materials. Spring Creek uses the highest purity level and it shows in how you feel. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Even if your medication doesn't need compounding, this is an excellent source for all of your pharmaceutical needs. Their new location is beautiful and easily accessible. Spring Creek Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy which means they have the ingredients on site to…read moreproduce medicine. They don't just sell it, they make it. However since their staff is busy doing what they do best - making drugs, they don't really provide all of the other bells and whistles of customer service that you find with the big corporate pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS. My doctor directed me to have my prescription filled here. She didn't send it in electronically, but instead wrote the ingredients on a prescription paper. She suggested I call them first to make sure they had the ingredients before going. I did, but there was some confusion on whether they had the ingredients because of the way I was pronouncing the ingredients and/or my phone was cutting out. Thankfully they had an email address, so I sent them a picture and they replied right away that they could make the medication immediately. I drove to the facility. The woman at the front seemed to be working multiple tasks and wasn't privy to the conversation I had previously on the phone, so we had to go through everything again. Once everything checked out, I had a small wait in the lobby before they came out with a paper white bag with my medicine inside. There were no instructions or "scare sheets" included, so I just had to go by what my doctor discussed in my appointment. In the end, I got a 60 day supply for $150 which seemed quite expensive. I took one, and an hour later, I was so sick. My blood pressure skyrocketed and I ended up with one of the worst headaches I had ever had. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER, but I managed to wait it out. By the next morning, my blood pressure had dropped to a normal range and the excruciating pain in my head subsided. I had an unfortunate experience here and with this overly potent medication. Had I used one of the corporate pharmacies, I would have had a consult with a pharmacist, had a detailed sheet explaining the medication and expected side effects as well as best practices for taking it. In the future, I will ask for this to ensure a layer of protection.

I haven't seen a sign for it from the outside, so it's not obvious from the street. It's located inside a one story brown building on the northeast corner of Arapaho and Floyd, along with a lot of pediatrician offices. Once you step foot inside, you'll see clear "pharmacy" signs. You can tell he's working hard to build his business and to make it succeed by offering services like free delivery within a 3 mile range. He also mentioned if I were in a real emergency and needed to get something filled, I can try calling him, too--something you won't get with the larger pharmacies. A&E Community Pharmacy is the place our family will go from now on, and I hope it succeeds.
