It was a small, quaint pharmacy, but they had the service of a huge, top tier name brand pharmacy. The customer service was A1, the professionalism was second to none. They were simply amazing. They recommended the medication that they thought would help me and they also catered to my niece by offering her candy and water free of charge. They were simply amazing!! If I lived in this area, this would be my pharmacy of choice for whatever pharmaceutical needs that my family and I would ever need. I HIGHLY RECOMMED this pharmacy to anyone in the area. The wise alchemist here is actually a lovely pharmacist who puts together my baby's weird medicine. And Randol Mill Pharmacy is a little gift shop, general store, and pharmacy all in one -- it's quite old fashioned. I'm talking carpeted floors, fudge, peanut brittle, jewelry, collectibles, stationary, candles, holiday decor, Christian paraphernalia, and more. They sell recliners and walkers too! Most of the staff here are pretty young, and they're all kind and seem like a family. This place has a cozy vibe for sure.

A few hours go by look at my paperwork realized it was here. No biggie it was down the street, would be my first time going. I walked in and went to the side that said pickup. No greeting or be right with you. There was an older lady at the side that said drop off, she didn't say a word. After standing there for a few minutes ( this is a small establishment ) i began looking round, over the counter to see if someone would acknowledge me at least. Best pharmacy experience ever…read more I was sent here by a specialist when I needed very specialized scripts IMMEDIATELY. For months I had been getting. The script filled at a normal chain pharmacy who would ask me all kinds of personal questions about why I needed it (that were none of their business and not necessary) then they would complain about it being special order and taking a long time blah blah! Here- I simply walk in, give them the script, sit down. Within 15 minutes my script is always filled and I am on my way. No prying questions, not annoyed looks. Done and done! I saw one worker busy working shelves closer to the front, but we were both in each other's view. I hear the announcement "Customer service needed at cosmetics" -- now, I had just started looking at lashes-- and makeup remover-- when this announcement goes off. Instantly, I look around to see who needed service. No one was there. I look in the mirrors that they have that are angled /positioned where you can see every aisle ? Nobody there. Just me. Now, a week or so ago, I remember coming in and looking for lotion and hearing the same kind of announcement. Even then, I looked around for whoever needed the help. It was just me and a couple of workers in the area. I overlooked THAT one. I thought about it and put my items back on the shelf. I didn't feel comfortable purchasing. Now, I'm aware there are buttons in each department in some stores that a customer can push to get assistance. However, I did not press a button, nor did I see anyone around besides the worker, who was not too far from the cosmetics department. One would think that this worker would have stopped what they were doing to come and assist a customer in cosmetics if a customer needed assistance!! I had to go back inside to figure out what happened they told me that it came in on the 17th but no one filled it so I had to what for them to get it filled. This is not the first time I've had issues like this one time they told me that because we never called they never ordered the meds even though the doctor had but I'm the script. Have had nothing but trouble getting anything filled at this location. I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you can.
