The wise alchemist here is actually a lovely pharmacist who puts together my baby's weird medicine. And Randol Mill Pharmacy is a little gift shop, general store, and pharmacy all in one -- it's quite old fashioned. I'm talking carpeted floors, fudge, peanut brittle, jewelry, collectibles, stationary, candles, holiday decor, Christian paraphernalia, and more. They sell recliners and walkers too! Most of the staff here are pretty young, and they're all kind and seem like a family. This place has a cozy vibe for sure.

My doctor still sends n the script to them then I have to transfer it. Last night I went to pick up a different prescription and the person who was behind me in line said hers is in the fridge and that she just loves that (medication name). I don't know why they would lie. I am a loyal customer and I am always appreciative. Why would they lie to me multiple times over 6 months? Now I don't trust them to have my best interest in mind when filling my prescriptions since they feel comfortable lying to me about it. Especially when they know what has happened since I had to stop taking that particular medication.

Currently I have a prescription that should have been filled Monday, they claimed it was out of stock and was being ordered for Tuesday by noon. Called Tuesday at 6pm and they said they are working on it and should be ready soon. Never heard back from their text message service. Called Wednesday morning and they still don't have it ready.

Friendly and helpful employees…read more I am not a typical person who frequents a beauty supply store. Walking in to Sally Beauty had me peaking out in discomfort. My hairstylist said to buy blue semi permanent color. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them what I needed. One employee showed me where the color was located. Once we picked out what we wanted, the other employee gave us a tip of putting a very small amount in our conditioner to keep the color fresh between colors. Trust me, I would have never known to do this to my hair. Helpful and friendly employees! What more could you ask for in a store?

I've been to this location a handful of times and never checked in. I've had to go back to return/exchange an item and ended up going to another Sally's. On 10/2315 I dropped by to grab some gel nail polish soak off caps & foam. This was the only item I was picking up. The nail aisle is a straight shot to the stock room so I could see the ladies (and they could see me). I stood there staring at them but they refused to acknowledge I was there even though they saw me. We made eye contact. I waited to see how long it would take before they noticed but I gave up and asked for help. The young lady who came to help was kirt. She didn't ask if I had a Sally's card. I had to tell her. She rang out my purchase and left the counter before I put the receipt in my purse. I paid about $12 on this day. On 10/8/15 I dropped by to get a curling iron for my daughter's hair. Same thing happened here. No greeting or "can I help you with anything?" I felt like I was bothering the lady stocking the hair spray when I asked for help. I was the only customer in the store at that time. She recommended hair spray. She wasn't helpful with the curling iron and made no recommendations. I selected one myself. The hair spray ended up making little snowflakes. I asked for hair spray that wouldn't flake or feel sticky like syrup. I paid about $80 for the hair spray and the iron. I came her a few times in September to get some gel nail polish. When I came home the nail polish was dried out. Lesson learned: check nail polish before leaving. When I went to exchange them the sales associate left it up to me to check each bottle. All the bottles were defective. She couldn't tell me why. Her reply was, "That's how they were shipped to us." She watched me as I went through each bottle. Just stared at me. Again, I was the only person in the store. I left with the nail polish to the store in Cedar Hill where I was able to exchange it and get better service. I'm not sure what it is about this place or is it me? You know what, in writing this review I've decided I won't come back to this store. They might have what I'm looking for but the service stinks.
