Mg local store messed up ordering my medical supply items and they typically don't keep it in stock, however on the day I was suppose to pick up they let me know they would need to order so it wouldn't be available till next week. This location however had it in stock and I was able to make the drive to pick it up with ease. The lady working the drive thru window was friendly and courteous and made the transaction easy. The only thing I don't like is how they gave me back my credit card. My store puts it in an envelope and staples It to the bag, she just tucked it under the receipt. Yes simple, it's just a matter of convenience, however it also helps make sure that I get my credit card back.

This review is not only for the CVS Pharmacy that is on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville, but it started…read morewith the CVS on South Carrier in Grand Prairie, moved to the CVS in Cedar Hill and ended with the icing on top of the cake with the CVS on Cedar Ridge. This starts with the CVS Minute Clinic on South Carrier in Grand Prairie. My son woke up with Flu symptoms and I went on my CVS App (which I will be deleting this evening) to schedule him an appointment. The clinic said that the only openings were on the waitlist. I went on and filled out and was immediately sent a text message to bring my son into the clinic. When I brought him to the clinic after I checked in, the assistant or nurse came out to greet me and another waiting patient that we would not be seen because the clinic would be closing at 1:00PM. Why would you send a text saying to come in when the clinic would be closing? Needless to say that I am pretty fired up, but I go back into the app and get on the waitlist at the Cedar Hill location. Once again, I check in there, and the clinic had the paramedics there and was told to come back at a later time. Meanwhile, I had a sick kid that I could not wait to come back. Thank goodness for Texas Health Breeze Clinic, who I will give an amazing review on shortly. We find out that my son has a 102.5 temperature and they immediately give him a Tylenol to start bring his fever down. The test show the flu and they call in for his medication to the CVS pharmacy on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville, TX at 2:20 PM. I received the notification from CVS at 2:22 PM. Time passes by and now at 5:00 PM, I haven't heard anything from CVS and the pharmacy closes at 6:00 PM. I drive to their location and initially they could not find the prescriptions. I show them the write up and one of their techs finally located his prescriptions. Turns out, one of their associates punched in the wrong letters, which caused the delay. The entire CVS organization in SW Dallas, Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill and Duncanville failed on so many levels today, although the nurse at the Cedar Hill location was sorry about what was going on at her location. I can tell you that tomorrow I will be calling my insurance provider and my doctor to permanently change my pharmacy and I will not go to another CVS pharmacy or store ever again. This on so many levels is unacceptable and you are playing around with people's health. I will go to a voodoo doctor before going to the CVS Minute Clinic and CVS demonstrated today that they do not deserve my business.

The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.

When Dr. sends in a prescription..they'll say they don't have it, or tell you in 3 hours it will be ready, come back..its not ready. After multiple times of lies..I called their bluff and had my Dr's office on the phone confirming they sent the med script day before. Mgr was so mad that pharmacist was called out on lying..he falsely called police. Ha! For nought. I received my sons meds. Nothing happened because I was simply waiting for my sons meds, and they were angry aat being caught in incompetence. But calling the law for no reason on customers is unacceptable. They have no empathy nor respect for their customers AT all. Mgr and Pharmacist need reprimand. Spreading discord then blaming the customer..plus lying to police to buy time to cover for thier errors is not the way to run things. I went to file in them for false police reporting. I switched to Walgreens..and they tried to hold that up too. My disabled son was without meds for 2 weeks or more..due to them refusing to transfer his files to Walgreens Then they canceled his meds claiming they talked to my sons Dr that morning..that was untrue because the Dr. Was out of town for the holidays and his staff said hiw could he have canceled the meds when he's on vacay? Like the other review said. NO empathy for customers or their needs. Just cover ups and lies for their egos. Do NOT go here. They will say anything but the truth..and when meds aren't ready after thier own timeframe..the Mgmt will blame YOU and become rude and combative.
