The pharmacist (David) said that he couldn't look up their telephone number (even though it's already in their system) and I would have to call him with accurate info. I told him I was driving and asked if he could look it up. This is the same thing most physician's offices do without difficulty if they were missing information, but apparently it was above his title to perform or delegate this common task. I hope this says more about this professional than it does about the store, but after seeing other reviews, I'm uncertain.

When Dr. sends in a prescription..they'll say they don't have it, or tell you in 3 hours it will be ready, come back..its not ready. After multiple times of lies..I called their bluff and had my Dr's office on the phone confirming they sent the med script day before. Mgr was so mad that pharmacist was called out on lying..he falsely called police. Ha! For nought. I received my sons meds. Nothing happened because I was simply waiting for my sons meds, and they were angry aat being caught in incompetence. But calling the law for no reason on customers is unacceptable.
