I used the Pleasant Run location when I lived in Desoto and it was not very good. Always issues getting prescriptions filled; out-of-stock or other delays. It can take days or over a week to get meds. I transferred to the Beltline Walgreens and its much better. I moved to Waxahachie, TX recently, but keeping the Walgreens on Beltline. It's about 14 miles away but worth it. Pleasant Run location works hard, but appears unorganized and just need some work read more

This location is not good every time I come to this location they always have new cashiers working very slowly line are always long I was told by the manager that they should take curbside pick up off the app for this location because they don't have enough employees I will not be ordering online for this location again makes no sense to have to get out the car & go inside the store that's why I chose to pick it up curbside read more

I just stopped at this Walgreens and the AC was NOT working- AC has not been working since before the weekend. This is completely unacceptable. It's 94 degrees outside which makes it 104 inside the store.. Walgreens treat your employees better. read more

Something needs to be done about this pharmacy. They are slow, prescriptions are never on time and they don't answer their phones. They even hung up on my doctor when they called to find out why my prescription had not been filled. I wish I didn't have to deal with them but unfortunately, they are the only ones who carry the generic that works for me. read more

This was the worst experience I pulled up to their drive thru when BOTH Lanes are open. There's no sign to specify it's only drop off. She made me go around the building again. I sat in the line for 15 min still no one assisting the person in front of me. I decided to go inside. There is no sense of urgency. Everyone is just dragging and not really aware of the time. My prescription had been submitted since 7am. I came during my lunch break this process took 30 min . It's seriously very inconvenient. read more

I did like this Walgreens because they were convenient but they are getting sloppy for the past 6 weeks. They seem to have a problem keeping their 1.5L Pepsi's stocked, and worse they can not keep their 1L Pepsi or Dr Pepper from the fridge in stocked. Seriously, this is getting a little old. read more

When I tell you I have issues with getting my allergy meds, and ibuprofen pulls at this location, I am not lying...the staff is incompetent, they never know anything, and whether you go in or through the drive-thru, you will always be in there no less than 20 minutes. You can never get in and get out, shelves are never fully stocked, to me the pharmacy is the worst part, the people who work back there are not trained or people friendly...moving my prescriptions and business today. read more

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible! I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. I love the pharmacist Mike and feel bad for him because not enough people work here to accommodate everyone's needs. Don't go during the afternoons it's the worst time. The manager straight up told me it's due to budget cuts and they only have one person working in the afternoon which is there busiest hours and they are currently working on the issue. Tonight at 2300 on 2/25/18, my husband and I went into our neighborhood Walgreens store #4293 to purchase my allergy medication and his deodorant. Once we got into the store, we started looking around, we then both voiced that we needed to use the bathroom. I went to the front of the store to ask Sarah, team shift lead, if we could use their bathroom because I knew we needed permission first. Sarah the team lead, was giving a customer a very hard time about his rewards (I believe) and making a huge scene about his purchase, condoms. I was very embarrassed for the customer because Sarah was very inappropriate with the customer and the purchase. Whatever the issue was about the purchase of the condoms, it should have never been handled in such a ill mannered and embarrassing way. Sarah was quick and snapped at me for asking to use the bathroom, "yes the bathrooms are already open". As I made my way to thto back of the store to tell my husband that the bathrooms were open, I stopped and saw some cute candles and smelled one of them in the Hallmark care isle. I noticed Sarah walking towards me, and snapped again, "how are you doing". I thought it was weird because she had just seen me not even 20 seconds earlier. I made my way to the bathroom and my husband was holding the door for me. We get out of the bathroom and resume our shopping. Sarah at this point is following us around the store, and I hear her say that she is calling security, and I thought "what's going on", I thought maybe there was some activity going on that my husband and I were not aware of. We grab our desired products and my husband remembers that he needs deodorant, so we make our way to that isle. As soon as we get to the isle, Sarah again snaps at both my husband and I, "what do you need help with"?. I told Sarah that my husband was simply looking for deodorant. At this point I know we are being discriminated against and profiled, for who knows what senseless reason. Sarah continues to stay on the same isle that we are on and just inappropriately stare at us. As my husband continues to look, I look back down the isle and Sarah is standing at the front sliding door starring again and my husband and I. We get to the checkout counter and begin to purchase our items. We have a coupon for $4 off Zyrtec bottle, and we met all the coupon requirements and the coupon would not work. Not even my husband's rewards would work. So the cashier calls for the manager, and Sarah comes to the register, obviously angry. Sarah snaps, "why do I have to restart this transaction"? I tell Sarah that our coupon that was obviously printed out from Walgreens is not working and our rewards are not applying to the transaction. Sarah stares at the coupon and our Zyrtec bottle and stated that there is nothing that she can do about the coupon not being honored. I told Sarah that what's the point of Walgreens printing out coupons if they can't honor it? Sarah snapped back and said she couldn't do anything about it, and we would have to wait to talk to the store manager in the morning. The cashier even tried to scan the newest coupon that had printed during our first transaction, and it still wouldn't work. I want to share with you our rewards/card number: 7140 1586 09571, for your records so you can see our transaction history and allegiance to Walgreens. We were definitely failed as valued and committed customers tonight. I keep thinking in my head what in the world did we do to set Sarah off that we were any kind of suspicious, and to be so unprofessional and grossly negligent with us and our purchase order.
