[3250 W…read morePleasant Run Rd #150 Lancaster Tx 75146] I know it may be convenient for you but If you are a person of color they DO NOT care about you. I was in this store today about (5 mins ago) and I asked the owner (he said it was his store) if he knew which blow dryer was a better product stating that I didn't want one that would break easily he stated that "he doesn't know because he does not use them"! Then I asked which one do you sell more of then he stated "idk". I said okay (still ignoring the fact that he's being very rude and dry like I'm bothering him. I asked him was he the person I talk to about getting one down because they were high up and cut his eyes at me and said "yeah". I shook my head and said wow he said "EXCUSE ME" I said i wasn't talking to you. He said "but you were talking about me". I told him what I said was WOW because your customer service is VERY poor and that's why i don't like coming in here because this is not the first time I've felt this way! He said you don't have to come in here thats why i don't like "YOU PEOPLE" coming in my store! I said excuse me?? He said you heard what I said! I said "YOU PEOPLE" are the people that keep your store open!!! If you don't like "US" coming in your store then you should move locations. I'm coming to spend my money with you and this is how you feel about "MY PEOPLE" At that point myself and another lady that was back there by me put our stuff down and walked out of the store! Let's show him WE CAN STAND TOGETHER JUST AS WELL AS THEY CAN!!!! WE CAN DO THIS YALL!!! We have to start showing them it's a choice to stop and shop at their store! Instead of acting off my emotions i took it to social media because I KKOW we can make this happen!!!! Also, same lady that walked out with me said she felt a certain type of way because CLEAR AS DAY it's a sign on the door that said "HIRING"! She said she asked him if she could apply he said they are not hiring anymore! If you go in this store there isn't one person of color!!! Prejudice? Stereotyping? I THINK SO!!!! *STOP SHOPPING HERE, WE ARE THE ONES KEEPING THEM IN BUSINESS* *PLEASE SHARE!!!! Make this go viral! We have to stop allowing these people to have business in black neighborhood and treat us like DIRT* Black owned beauty supply 2286 W Pleasant Run Rd Ste 108, Lancaster, TX 75146 The only reason these people still have their businesses up and running is because of US!!! All it takes is 1 Share from each of us and let them know WE DO NOT HAVE TO SUPPORT THEM!

What works well is that like the Dallas location, there is a-lot of variety with tall shelves of various products. I am able to find what I needed. What did not work is that this location has whole shelves with gaps in product. If it is a supply chain issue, the solution would be to provide signage to check back later. A few choice signs, or one at the front (all in professional, not handwritten, presentation) would be helpful. Next, share with some of your cashiers that treating the customers like guests would be better than treating them like you are doing them a favor. Service expectations at Jenny's should be the same regardless of the location. Customers want the location to continue to be a win - let's be treated with the same positive energy that we give to you.

It just seemed like she was more interested in customer orders than the customers that were actually in the store but in all I won't be shopping at this location again! Very rude and negative vibes

Probably the best selection of wigs and extensions I've seen at shops in the area thus far, I was very impressed.
