What works well is that like the Dallas location, there is a-lot of variety with tall shelves of various products. I am able to find what I needed. What did not work is that this location has whole shelves with gaps in product. If it is a supply chain issue, the solution would be to provide signage to check back later. A few choice signs, or one at the front (all in professional, not handwritten, presentation) would be helpful. Next, share with some of your cashiers that treating the customers like guests would be better than treating them like you are doing them a favor. Service expectations at Jenny's should be the same regardless of the location. Customers want the location to continue to be a win - let's be treated with the same positive energy that we give to you.
