And we came across Robbie, apparently he had many 5 star reviews, but I thought very much otherwise. I got a hair conditioning treatment as soon as we started. And after he led me to his area to start the cut. He's a good conversation start but that's it. He faced me away from the mirror to keep me from looking at his work, and the bangs were cut VERY un-even. One side was long than the other. I also asked for face frame but he did not apply the instructions at all. He did not question me or give me any suggestions, he did what felt right to him. His hands stayed right in front of my face unnecessarily and was a bit rough. Once I finished, he finally turned me around and was devastated. The bangs were way to short, and uneven. And my hair looked flat, with no face frame whatsoever. I arrived back to the car and noticed that from the back if my Head he missed pieces of hair, I had pieces of hair sticking out, some pieces longer than the others. I was so embarrassed by my bangs that I had to go to the store to buy some clips to hide them. I now need to wear headbands and clips everywhere and Can not enjoy my hair The way I wanted to. And the haircut itself was way overpriced. I would give it a zero if I could. I was not satisfied at all and am very displeased with my time wasted there. It took about 3 hours for a simple cut. I was not happy or pleased at all, and will not be going back.

I wanted fuller brows but I was afraid since I've seen so many bad jobs where they look just like a blob of ink. Iris does microblading but for me she did Nano because of my oily skin. All of the lines/strokes look so natural and fixed my terrible thin 90s brows. She really analysis your skin to make sure she uses the right pigment, the right procedure and she is conservative so that it is not just one big block of color. Worth your time at least to check out her work. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the dentist couldn't get my mouth numb before the crown!! I sat there for almost an hour until she sent me home. At that point, I ended up flying out of town to see my uncle who is a dentist that I trust!! He was able to get my mouth numb before the crown within a couple minutes!! I then received a certified letter in the mail stating they are dismissing me as a patient because I had another dentist do my crown!! Unreal!! Completely & totally unprofessional!!
