We relaxed in the cozy Elixir Lounge and sipped on delicious drinks. I ordered the Vanilla Sky Café Latte with a shot of adaptogen on the side. It was a great pick-me-up. I also got to meet the owner, who couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. She gave me a sample of their facial products, and wow... the scent alone was heavenly. But once I tried it on my skin, I knew I'd be back. On my next visit, I didn't even hesitate--I bought the full skincare kit and a body oil that smells amazing and makes my skin feel amazing. You can tell everything here is made with so much care and attention to detail. The whole place has such a great energy, and it's clear the people behind it love what they do. Totally worth the trip, and I can't wait to go back for another elixir.

Le Labo Dallas is an Absolutely beautiful shop and perfumery…read more All of the Le Labo scents I have had the pleasure of trying were well blended, just beautifully crafted. Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. See my collection picture. The store manager Jesse is truly a great human! Customer service is quality. Dare I say exceptional by high standards. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team. Excellent customer care.

I am so disappointed by the experience. I bought this for my daughter and her friend (both 11 yrs…read moreold) as a bday present for her friend. They were going to each make a customized lip gloss. Our experience was legit 10 minutes total for 2 lip glosses - not that even 10 minutes each girl wouldn't have been disappointing ... but 10 minutes total for them together. The girls and I felt so rushed. They were cleaning up, wiping everything down, before things were even done. I even thought maybe it's a Sunday and they're about to close. But they still had hours left after checking online for their closing time. Completely underwhelming for over $100 plus tip. The girls both loved their colors but it was the second try for each of them. So it was done. I would have thought that they would at least tell the girls we are so happy you found your perfect color. Let's now try some colors you haven't thought of ... or here's a popular color for you to try. SOMETHING other than just being done. Thank goodness the first color wasn't the perfect choice. We would have been in 5 minutes total. We've done other personalized experiences and have walked out with so much more - like samples of the ones we didn't choose. This is sold as an experience and it just wasn't. The girls would have gotten more time just going to Sephora. And they could have tried a bazillion colors and had more fun.

The lady did say that usually all the seats are filled on a Saturday so it was nice to have some breathing room. This was so much fun! Loved that they give you colors to help inspire you. First they give you a lip scrub, which gets rid of the dead skin and then the agave balm after is chefs kiss! So much so that I had to get this in addition to the balm and gloss that I made. These ladies are scientists, magicians...hell miracle workers. I couldn't get out the exact color that I was looking for but somehow she was able to create it and it was amazing. Pick a scent to add, name it and the magic happens! I'd recommend this to anyone who's looking for something different to do and create your own color!
