This compounded medication is specifically formulated for the management of Meniere's Disease. It has helped her so much. After a full year of intermittent and unpredictable attacks of full-blown tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, recurrent bouts of balance/coordination, and a thyroid goiter removal surgery on August 7th, 2025, she is doing well. The ability to ship to your home address is convenient. I am particularly impressed by my most recent telephone call and experience with Melanie. Mom and I are going to be traveling out of the country and she will run out of Betahistidine in Mid-July, so I wanted to make sure she had enough medication until we return home. Melanie patiently answered my questions over the phone about my Mom's prescription, explained the various shipping options, and waited until the transaction for the refill went through. I always choose 2-Day Fed Ex and the medication should be arriving by tomorrow by the end of the day. I will continue to have my Mother's prescriptions filled here as long as she is seeing her current Healthcare Provider.

Hello, I am the partner in question from Josh K's review. I first want to name that I support…read moreeverything that he stated. The staff is wonderful there and has been since I started visiting 5 years ago. There have been a handful of staff that has rotated in and out, but the core staff remains strong and seem to work really well together. And I will confirm that the "African American man" is quite handsome, but most of all, KIND--he remembers my name but he's discrete, he asks me about my day, he remembers little details that I've shared in the past and it makes me feel cared for by someone who holds, ya know, pretty sensitive information about me. From what I understand, he treats everyone that way and even "has a fan club of all the old ladies in the area". I feel lucky to have such a lovely team of pharmacists, as I know this is not the case for a lot of pharmacies.

There's a kind African American man that my partner has had the hots for forever and every time either one of use fill something there, there are all friendly and super helpful. I'm sorry someone else had a bad experience but I think it's safe to say the structure of the team has changed and it is now top notch!!

Do not come here!!!…read more For starters, The exam room where they check your eyes was uncomfortably hot, humid, and stuffy, which made the appointment less pleasant from the start. My mom ordered a pair of glasses on June 1 and was told they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After more than two weeks passed with no update, she called on June 23 to ask when she could pick up her glasses. She was told they would be ready on June 24 and that she would receive a call or text when they were available. June 24 came and went, but no one ever contacted her. After another week passed with no communication, she called again on July 1 to ask about the status of her glasses and requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor explained that there had been an issue with the machine that cuts the lenses, which was the reason for the delay. This was the first time anyone had mentioned there was a problem, despite the office previously saying the glasses would be ready and that they would keep her updated. She was then told that the lenses had just been cut that day and that the glasses would be ready for pickup later on July 1 after she got off work. The lack of updates and conflicting information throughout the process was very frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. When she got home and was simply cleaning the glasses, one of the lenses popped out with almost no pressure. This should not have happened with a brand-new pair of glasses. She returned on July 6 to have them fixed, but the front desk employee never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any empathy. Instead, she simply took the glasses and offered my mom a different pair to wear temporarily, even though my mom just wanted the glasses she paid for to be fixed. She left empty-handed, and now we're still waiting after more than a month from when the glasses were originally ordered. The repeated delays, lack of communication, poor quality control, and disappointing customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

He is thorough, patient, capable, and exhibits an outstanding professional presence. His office staff, over the past 20 years, has changed somewhat but in every case they have been friendly, curious, and helpful. I wear scleral lenses, which Dr Hembree initially recommended for my rather complex optical issue, and noted that he is significantly more economical for the specialty lenses at no reduction in quality. I was very surprised to note that two reviews were low. I am at a complete los as to explain this issue but expect that it must be some rare anomaly as I have never encountered such a thing over a rather expended period of time.

On the 18th of September I called to find out where my glasses were and they informed me they still didn't have them from the lab yet. A person by the name of Carla said that it wouldn't be until the 23rd of September before they would receive the glasses from the lab! This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an optometrist! Do not use this optometrist if you want good service and customer care! Be forewarned you will not have a good experience! I ordered eye glasses from your store and received unreliable service and incompetence from your lab and front desk staff. When I came to your business to receive a refund for my glasses since your lab was not competent enough to make a simple pair of glasses you Brian Hembree were not man enough to come out of your office to face me and explain your business and staff and laboratory to be able to deliver a pair of glasses after 23 days!
