Apparently the pharmacist on duty aspires to be a Dr. I've been taking the same medication for the past 15 years, orders by the same Physician. All of a sudden there is a concern about my pain meds, taken together is now a problem! I will never come back here again... CVS here I come! read more

This is one of the worst Pharmacys I have ever been to the majority of Walgreens are good but this one is horrible. Incompetence doesnt begin to explain it. They always claim its a problem with the system thats a lie its them. They called me and told me my husband had no prescriptions at the pharmacy I was trasfering them from that was a lie that pharmacy wasn't open on Sundays they didnt even call they COULDN'T it took over a week to get most of the medicines and I cancelled one and got it elsewhere because it was needed even after talking to them and them promising it was ordered it had never been ordered! This pharmacy is awful. Disrespectful, condescending, and dishonest. It should close and never reopen. I was told to wait for my prescription 30 min, and an hour and a half later I was told it is still going to be a while there were a lot of people in front of me. This was conveyed rudely as well. These people need a manners lesson. read more

The staff is rude and they blame customers for their mistakes. They have messed up on my perceptions twice now and this time I called 5 minutes after leaving and they would not do anything to fix the issue. Not to mention that they gave me a disconnected number to customer service. Now I will end up paying 3 times normal for my one month supply of medication. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! read more

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to! Rude, hateful and judgmental! I was recently diagnosed with diabetes on Halloween of last year so im still not very experienced with buying my syringes. I usually just bring the empty bag and show them that. This morning I forgot it so I was trying to ask for them the best I could. He totally treated me like I was a crack head. He rudely asked me what I wanted them for and when I told him he asked me what kind of insulin I use and the name of the brand. He wouldn't sell me a box and im glad he didn't because the package he sold me ended up having a needle about an inch long. NOBODY uses needles that big for insulin and he knew that! I will never be going back there for anything!! read more

This is a busy pharmacy, but I can't say enough about Jennifer in the Pharmacy. When the $600 cost of a new prescription took me by surprise, she recommended I look for a coupon on line with the manufacturer. Sure enough, I paid $75 the next day with a coupon that took 2 minutes to click on and print. Being in the healthcare field, I appreciate her commitment to being a patient advocate even when the lines were long and she was super busy. read more

The store is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I entered the store with my daughter and was not once greeted or acknowledged the entire 15 minutes I was in the store . I made eye contact with several workers who seemed to be in their own world and carried on with conversations amongst themselves . My daughter found and item next to an associate who was stocking and speaking with another coworker near the registers . But do you think either asked if we were ready to check out or needed assistance ? Nope, one walked away and the other continued stocking as if we weren't standing at the counter ready to check out . I advised my daughter to leave her items there and walked out of the store , again with no farewells or greetings . read more

This store is conveniently located. The pharmacy department is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It is understaffed or everyone has a chip on their shoulder. Simple prescription took forever to fill-- one day.
