The service at this particular Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely ABYSMAL. That goes for phone calls…read moreas well as in person. The wait times are completely absurd. This is also one of those places where the workers are really terrible at acknowledging that they know you're there & waiting & assuring you they'll be with you as soon as they can. They just avoid eye contact completely until you're the next one at the window or register...and maybe not even then. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. The ONLY reason I go here is because they seem to be the only pharmacy around who can get the meds I need during a nationwide shortage. Come to think of it they probably always have some in stock because everyone else hates coming here. As soon as the shortage is over, I'm out!

The counter person told me that they did not have the time or capability to verify. I was told to call her insurance toll free member to confirm coverage, Once I verified, I could fill the prescription at this location. I had to return home to make the call. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I was able to verify coverage. They transferred her prescription to Walgreens and I was able to pick up her three medications just 15 minutes before closing time. BCBS informed me that the Walgreens counter person had the ability to verify insurance coverage in seconds. Instead, I had to deal with another millennial who gleefully outlined in excruciating detail why he could not help me directly. In the time he told me no he could have simply verified BCBS insurance coverage. The pharmacist on duty noticed but simply ignored the lack of customer service. When you have a sick child, you need professionals who care. This Walgreens location could not have cared less. God bless America,

They would not give her the booster because they had 'limited supply'. Very rude dismissive and disrespectful attitudes. They gave me a 1-800 number to call to make an appointment in the future. Keep in mind, not one other customer was there. We then went to Tom Thumb and though they had a line, they were super friendly and accommodating. Will never return to that CVS for any reason.

When they finally get to you, they will typically have screwed something up. Every employee looks depressed, unhappy, and are normally pretty rude.
