First time using this pharmacy at this location. I called when the representative answer the phone after being on wait for over 40 minutes. The representative had an attitude because they didn't have my insurance card, they failed to inform me of this issue for over a month. Had to call back again with my information the second representative had a very rude attitude I would definitely recommend some customer service training. read more

By far the Worst Walgreens ever! Staff are rude and very slow at doing their job. It's like they have no energy to work. The pharmacy is just as bad, the drive thru line and inside are so long be prepared to wait for a very longgggg time. Had to give 1 star in order to post...avoid this location if possible. read more

I went in to pick up a prescription for my daughter, the line at drive thru was a little long so I went inside thinking it might be quicker. Only 1 person ahead was waiting at the counter so I thought great! I waited at least 5 min passed that man still waiting at the counter, 2 people were doing drive thru with a third helping get scripts, after 5 more minutes I finally said well I guess if you sit on your butt in line you get faster service here, instantly someone finally comes to wait on me. Then stupid me I decided I need some soap so I grabbed it and headed up front to pay, another customer in the store gets behind me still no one to check my things, I look and see 2 workers too busy flirting with each other to work, he finally comes over, meanwhile I'm already irritated from waiting at the prescription line. The pharmacy staff is awful, very slow! We used our cc at the drive thru (which is the only place we used it at that the card was out of our sight in the last 2 weeks) the next evening we were getting fraudulent charges from NY to CA totaling over 800.00. I know 4 months ago I filled my son's adderall and instead of 30 we received 20. It took 2 days for the pharmacy to give the 10 pills to us. I thought it was an oversight. I am not accusing just wondering if they have less than honest people in their pharmacy. I think this is a sign to change pharmacies. read more

This Walgreens is in Mesquite and it's where I go if I need to get something for my Dad while I'm in his neighborhood. The staff are quite friendly and the store always seems to have a lot of customers during the day. When I'm there, I'm usually looking for stuff I don't buy normally so I always need some help. read more

Pharmacy is unprofessional. I went in there to get a free flu shot my BCBS PPO pays for my flu shot every year. The technician that was useless said something about my INS not pulling up and I would have to pay for it. I told her you know the "free flu" shots commercial is misleading if you cannot confirm my INS pays for it and I left. I went Kroger, no problem whatsoever, insurance covered it free. That's why I only get Meds and refills at Kroger it's easier and none of the crap I went through at Walgreens for a flu shot. read more

Typically don't review & rate on yelp but since it was such a horrible experience 2x in a row, I have to. My 7 month old is on similac allmentum formula ($25-$40 per can) and every time myself or my husband go to Walgreens we leave empty handed. Not because they do not have the formula, but because customer service is SO ridiculously terrible. I have asked employees twice and waited 15 minutes for them to unlock the formula from its place on the shelf and it's like they forgot...even on slow nights. When you are on a tight budget and are sticking to a strict formula schedule, every minute counts. To fix our problem, we now go right to CVS across the street and are in and out within 3 minutes getting the formula we need. So disappointed in our Walgreens experience here. read more

Awful customer service! I called the pharmacy and was on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. I immediately called back and was on hold for an hour and a half, and again, hung up on. I drove to the store and spoke with the manager, Karen. It took her forever to come out of the break room. After she was paged 3 times an employee went into the break room to get her out. She never once apologized and didn't seem to care at all. She did not offer a solution or help with my problems. read more

I've called the pharmacy about 4 times to see the order of my cousins medication since my uncle nor I haven't received a update on the refill. I called automatically placed on hold. That's fine completely have NO PROBLEM WITH BEING ON HOLD. But then when the music stops someone picks up and CLICKS!! This happened 4 time back to back. I kept calling because my cousin is disabled and needs this medication so I was simply trying to figure out if I needed to call her doctor or what the hold up was because it's been two days from when I called to make the refill. When someone finally answered it was a rude by the tone didn't want to be there or perhaps frustrated female pharmacy tech. We all have our bad days but take a break gather yourself to continue the day if you can. Don't take it out on others that didt even do anything. Could of simply told me to hold longer that would of been fine with me. Would't of minded one bit. What a dam shame. This happened today between 11:40am-12pm . Not even lunch time yet. They close for lunch from 1:30pm-2pm. Leaving 1 star since I can't leave Zero stars. read more

I have been a long standing customer of Walgreens. They lost their head pharmacist when he took a job transfer to Chicago. After he left THIS location was horribly managed. Cindy is a pharmacist at this location with NO attention to detail. In my last attempt to salvage my relations I went inside to speak with her. This location had me waiting on eye drops that were desperately needed for OVER a week. She told me it was my insurance and not their fault. I further explained that I have been fighting to stay alive and her response was unfathomable. Would you believe this pharmacist actually said I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE? After CHEMO completion most patients take Tamoxifen and she has filled this for me numerous times. If you are fighting to stay alive, allergies, flu or any other ailment you need to stay far away from THIS location. My prayer is that Ms. Cindy never has to fight to stay alive and if so she is her care needs are dealt with in a kind loving respectful manner. read more

I wish I could rate this Pharmacy a big fat ZERO in the stars. I am changing pharmacy's ASAP. The employees all act like they hate their life/job. I'm ALWAYS waiting 10 plus minutes in the store and most of the time even longer in the drive through. I have NEVER experienced this at any other pharmacy. This is horrible service and a waste of my time and gas. I don't understand how it takes this long to give someone their prescription and if they have questions the quickly answer them and start assisting the other people in line. If it is taking that long then they need to pass that along to the pharmacist and not make other people wait forever, I'm always in a bad mood when I leave. Because again it is ridiculous how long it takes for me to pick up my medicine. And again, I will no longer give this pharmacy my business. I want a pharmacy who has employees who act like they care and they like their job, and also who actually care about their customers and doesn't make their customers wait forever inside and outside the store. read more
