I didn't approve the $100 and am getting such a runaround to get my funds back. They keep your card info as default and won't let you delete the card information. I've called twice and both times was told I'd get my $ back. Still haven't gotten it vacation on my card. I'm so frustrated. WHO would buy $120 worth of stat 7-Eleven? I spend only to buy drinks and that would take forever to use that much money. So I had to cancel my card.

They did a terrific job with maintaining professionalism and diplomacy, when dealing with a nuisance of a customer. One of the customers was upset and wanted to speak to a manger to complain about how she should've been taken care of faster, as well as the others behind her. Then this lady progressed to continue to not only waste her time and the employees time, but I myself as a customers time was in a way wasted. Gabriel and Bryan were understanding and comprehensive. I didn't have to wait long at all, at least in my opinion it was a quick trip. The employees dealt with the situation and at the same time took care of the customers and the complainer. Just felt bad they had to deal with a customer like that and they both handled it better than I probably would've.

As other competitors designed business models to deliver what customers wanted in a more friendly and efficient way, 7-11 fell behind. As a native Dallisite ,7-11 was a fixture in my life for decades. When they introduced fresh gourmet coffee 24/7 in the 1980s ,I was a customer 365 mornings a year. Instead of making coffee at home before hitting the road, I made my first stop the 7-11 coffee bar. Unfortunately, they have declined to a point of being a 2nd tier player in the convenience store space. The only time I stop is in desperation. When there is nothing else around. However, I have noticed that their new stores are in a redesign phase and trying to reinvent themselves.
