My mom worked for her for about 2 months or so. All of…read moresudden this week my mom called in and told her she wasn't feeling great and she wouldn't be going in. The lady then proceeded to tell my mom she was fired and to not come back. This week my mom went to pick up her last paycheck for the past two days she had worked. My mom thought this lady was a good boss and friend. She proceeds to give my mom the paycheck of one day working there. My mom told her this wasn't the full paycheck to which the lady then yelled at my mom telling her she was an immigrant and she would call the police if my mom didn't get out. My mom came home crying devastated on what this lady told her. So me as any daughter would do went up there meeting the lady. I told her the paycheck wasn't what it was supposed to be. We had an exchange of words and she then realized she was in the wrong and payed for the missing day she didn't want to pay. This lady acts nice and claims she is good. From working here my mom tried to clean as much as possible as she would notice pests and mold around. Her husband sleeps in the back room. If you are a daughter to immigrants you would not support people like this. This lady was rude and disrespectful but acted like a sheep in wolf's clothing. My mom's last words to this lady is that their business flourishes. If I could give this business a 0 star I would. If she doesn't get her way she claims you're an immigrant and will call the police on you. What a sad and pathetic person you have to be.

Terrible Member Service…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get a simple question answered. I called the store multiple times because I was trying to find out if a specific AC unit was available , but my app was not working. Each time I called, I was repeatedly placed on hold until I eventually had to hang up. I finally selected the option to speak with another department and asked to speak with a manager. I was kept waiting for about 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. At that point, I decided to drive to the store myself. When I arrived, there was no line at Membership, but the two employees working in the department were standing there talking to each other. I explained to a manager what had happened with my calls, and they didn't seem particularly concerned. They told me they would speak with the employees in Membership. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while walking around the store, we ran into the same manager again, and he was also on his phone. I understand that employees may have legitimate reasons for being on their phones, but after repeatedly being unable to get through to the store and then experiencing this in person, it was extremely disappointing. As a paying Sam's member, I expect better communication, accountability, and member service.

This is an actual store that sells various food items, meals, ice cream, fruits, veggies, etc. They also serve food not just ice cream, like a bag of burgers. The 3 staff members waiting on us were very happy, smiling, friendly. It seems like a fun place to work. I tried the 2 scoop candy bar sundae with mix ins and hot fudge. I got a peanut butter chocolate flavor and a cherry chocolate chip flavor, along with hot fudge, mix ins were butterfingers and Reeses peanut butter cups. Very disappointing experience…read more I had a really bad experience with my order because of an employee named Hugo. Unprofessional staff and arguing infront of customers. My order was messed up, and I didn't get what I actually ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was frustrating and made the whole experience worse. On top of that, the management was horrible and the customer service was just as bad. The place itself was not clean at all, with spills always happening and not being properly taken care of. To make things worse, the food was served cold and honestly tasted disgusting. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit and I hope serious improvements are made so other customers don't have the same experience.
