When I get inside my complete order is not ready and while I am waiting a man says that he has been waiting for his Frappuccino for 20 minutes. All this time the Frappuccino was at the station where they make the drinks but they got his drink wrong. They then made him the correct drink and he went on his way. While I was waiting for my food items the board said my order was completed yet nothing was on the counter and no name was called. After this I did receive one food item but not the other, so I go up to the ordering counter to see what happened. The guy at the drive through window looked like he was doing nothing and looked reluctant to come to the ordering counter, but he did come. When he did, I explained to him I hadn't received my food item and it turns out they hadn't even started on making it. After a few more minutes I did receive all of my items. I was waiting on my order for a total of 37 minutes. Also, when calling out the names on the orders they were so quiet only the person next to them would be able to hear them, except Soph. Soph( I think her name was) was loud enough so you could actually hear her and looked like she was working fast trying to get orders to people unlike the rest of the employees I saw.

We then waited an additional five minutes, still without a single word from anyone. While I don't mind waiting, I was very disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and acknowledgment. Allowing someone to cut in front of us without addressing it, and not even offering a greeting, made us feel completely disregarded. I understand this may not matter to anyone there, but based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
