I'm not sure what happened, if I'm being honest. Now the mochas taste warm (even if I get iced) with grainy chocolate at the bottom of the drink. The quiches are never warmed thoroughly. And if you're worried about gluten free options, do note that many of the stuff put out as gluten free has either been labeled incorrectly or has cross contamination (I have seen them touching other baked goods that were not GF). The service is friendly, but has certainly gotten slower which I don't usually mind since I'm sitting there for a while anyway. It's a cool place to sit and chat with a patio, too!

We ordered the jackrabbit (suppose to be cookies and cream ice cream, double Oreo in waffle cone), we also ordered one that said "strawberry cheese cake". All the flavor was highly artificial, didn't look like the photo or even come with the menu had listed. The jackrabbit was suppose to come with Oreo and to my surprise there was some milk chocolate type cookie power. It was all terrible. So thankful they were able to give us a refund after the one bite because it was very disappointing.

The scoops looked great, and the prices were about what you'd expect for an ice cream shop of this type. Our Ice Cream came out relatively quick and the service was good as well If I had one complaint, The chairs Were just a little dirty; several of them were sticky and in need of a good wipe-down. Usable? Sure. But definitely not ideal when you're trying to enjoy a sweet treat. As for the ice cream itself, my family and I shared a banana split But it was more of a Sunday than it was a banana split. It was good--not the best I've ever had, but enjoyable enough BUT definitely not a banana split . With a little more attention to cleanliness, and a quick "banana split" Google search and this place could be a five stars .

The mini pies were all refrigerated and were mostly cream pies (peanut butter, coconut custard, Key lime, etc) The whole pies for sale were more like pecan , apple and berry. We chose a mini key lime pie for $6 (which I thought was pricey for Texas). The only utensils they offer are wooden - and I have a real dislike of wooden sticks in my mouth (it's a real thing my friend make fun of called "xylophobia") I hate the taste of the wood and I fear splinters for some reason. Anyway, lucky my hubby had a plastic fork in the car. The key lime was tasty, but pretty small for $6. The counter gal was very nice and agreed she also didn't like wooden utensils!

When I inquired about forks, I was told they would provide me 4 forks, and I could purchase the rest. I questioned the young man because I've never had this issue at any of the Dallas stores, he again told me he could only provide me 4 forks which is their policy per their manager. He told me I could buy a packet of 8 forks and plates for $6. I didn't need plates and why spend $6 for forks when I could stop by the dollar store?? In my opinion, if they can't provide you with the utensils to eat their food, they should not be selling it.
