I've been passing this place for years, finally stopped by and oh boy was I glad I did! There were so many options for a cinnamon roll! I tried two, the banana pudding and strawberry cheesecake. They were so good, not too sweet but just enough to savor the flavor. The service was phenomenal so I'll definitely go back. Big shout out to William (I think the manager) and the young man whose first day it was, he did very well. Nice casual spot with seating inside. Coming here was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an establishment. I ended up going yesterday. I first arrived on location for the smoothie king next door. My partner wanted a cinnamon roll so I decided to go in. When I first entered, I was welcomed by a display case ranging over 10 different cinnamon rolls and 4 cookie dough bites. I then get greeted by an older woman, very sweet and kind hearted (I wish I had gotten her name). I mentioned that I've never been here before and she walked me through how everything is homemade from the dough to the icing. She showed me what each item in the display case is and which ones are popular, as well as her own opinion. This establishment does catering and holiday themed rolls. They also made actual cookie cakes, since I'm not a fan of cake (which I was looking for around my birthday and no cake shop offered a 4 x 8 (for example) cookie cake. So I'll definitely be coming back for that again in a couple months). At the time of writing this, their soft serve machine is broken but that's not the reason I went. They are trying to get it back up and running soon! Overall, I had ended up ordering a regular cinnamon roll, as well as a peach cobbler cinnamon roll and the Elvis cookie dough bite and tipping 25%. The cookie dough bite is roughly 4-5 bites in total. While she was making everything, we had discussed that they are starting a drone delivery up to 20-25 miles from location. I was also browsing the menu they have and there's several options you can try that aren't in the display case. One happens to be the fruit berry cinnamon roll. After the lady had bagged up my order, we still kept talking about everything (I was the only one in the store). I started looking at the samples they had out of lemon berry shortbread, chocolate brownie, and chocolate chip banana bread. So I tried a lemon berry and it was a little dry on the aftertaste. She had said that they had changed cooks so they're still trying a few things out. She asked me to try the banana bread one and it was still so moist and very banana-y and yet overall delicious. I had mentioned that I'll definitely come back and try the berry cinnamon roll one. She decided to make one for me (for free) just to try hot. I know that this experience isn't going to be for everyone but the hospitality I felt being in there, I thought I was a food reviewer lol (which in hindsight, I kinda am with writing this). Once she finished making it she grabbed the silverware packet and even opened it for me to grab the utensils and try it out there and hot. So I did. It was delectable. It comes as a cinnamon roll with the icing. Then you add blueberries, strawberries, and raspberry syrup or jam on top with some powdered sugar. *chefs kiss! I asked what did I owe her and she said that it's on the house, she wanted me to try it. When I got home, I put my peach cobbler and regular one in the fridge. So today, the next day, I ended up getting my peach cobbler (reason why I'm writing this in the first place) and throwing it in the microwave for a couple seconds at a time. While it's cooking, you can smell the cobbler heating up. To note: I asked if they were store bought or fresh peaches and everything is fresh and homemade. Once I felt it was good enough and the icing was already melting, I took it out. It comes as a cinnamon roll, icing, oats, and peaches (coated in mixture). I devoured it and it was the best thing I've ever eaten in a long time! The lady wanted to say the pecan cinnamon roll is what brings everyone back but I think that peach cobbler is gonna be bringing me back! I asked my partner what he thought of his regular roll and he said "8.34. Pretty pretty pretty damn good. I'd recommend it for anyone". (Yes he really said 3 "pretty"s) He had added that the icing had extra love in it, so he took some off and it was "banging". The dough itself was great! He had tried my berry one when I got back in the car since it was still hot and ready, said that was a 9. With all said, you can get what you have a taste for here. With all the flavors of icing and toppings, it makes it a nice spot for everyone no matter what you like! My rating: Berry 9/10, Peach 10/10, Elvis 8.6/10 (Elvis came with chocolate chip cookie dough, pretzel sticks, banana, and salt) Definitely recommend 10/10 on all boards. I can't say enough good things about Cinnaholic! The cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. The inside of the store is always clean and well organized. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. They are genuinely some of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome and are happy to answer questions or help you decide what to order. Great desserts are one thing, but outstanding customer service keeps people coming back. Highly recommend! read more

I do keep my rolls simple without all the frills and I like ooey gooey ..you get that from the frosting that melts into the roll. The dough is also very soft and satisfying. I prefer these over some of the bakeries that claim to have fresh baked rolls that tend to be dry and rough on the roof of my mouth. I highly recommend this place. read more

Oh my gosh! Absolutely out of this world! The owner greeted us warmly and took ample time explaining all of the options. We were offered a sample of the lemon blueberry loaf and I regret not buying a slice. However, the 6 cinnamon rolls we did get far exceeded our expectations! We live an hour away so bought extras and I just popped one in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was perfection. My family and I were looking forward to trying this place because the website said there were "gluten free" options. We were soo disappointed when we discovered that meant a banana with frosting. We felt very misled and were expecting a gluten free cinnamon roll option. The staff also seemed annoyed that we asked for the cinnamon rolls to be labeled and individually packaged. The order was mislabeled, with people getting the wrong cinnamon rolls and they forgot to include one in our order... Pretty great cinnamon roll! My husband misses raisins in them though! Maybe that can be a new option! We got 3 old skools and one apple with chocolate frosting. Rolls were great! The icing was a little broken and runny and left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. Improve on the frostings and you're good to go in our books!!! read more
