When the person that they were paging finally came to the photo counter there was a line behind me and instead of greeting me or even saying how can I help you all she said is what do you want. I was thinking to myself OK rude but I'm sure she didn't mean it like that and then the phone was ringing the lady picked it up and said that they were too busy to do curbside pick up and then hung up the phone and continue to say that she's definitely not doing that and they can get out of their car and come get it. She put her things down and took my name got my FUNERAL cards and checked me out. Took a total of 3 minutes. I walked out past the cashier who never attempted to assist and said the service was terrible to which she replied have a nice day!
