I've been coming to this Walgreens for 2 years and there has never been a time that the employees weren't rude and unhygienic. They have no customer service skills and there is NEVER anyone on the register to check you out. It seems grossly understaffed. I have to go hunt someone down to help me pay every single time. Waited around for like 25 minutes just to pick up some photos and I was checked on her by two very nice ladies who told me that they page the person to the photo counter and that she would be with me shortly. I mean it's a store I get it you're Busy no problem I can wait my turn. When the person that they were paging finally came to the photo counter there was a line behind me and instead of greeting me or even saying how can I help you all she said is what do you want. I was thinking to myself OK rude but I'm sure she didn't mean it like that and then the phone was ringing the lady picked it up and said that they were too busy to do curbside pick up and then hung up the phone and continue to say that she's definitely not doing that and they can get out of their car and come get it. Maybe she was having a bad day maybe she was frustrated but I feel like there's a better way to treat people around you. read more

I'm absolutely astonished at the behavior, incompetence, and downright laziness that goes on with the pharmacy. I literally caught their head pharmacist lying to me about when scripts were received, and told that giving her feedback was not my place. Finger wagging, told "not to talk to her that way," when all I did was say it shouldn't take 2-5 days to get an inhaler and nebulizer meds on a consistent basis. Verified the lie, called the boss, and will improve this rating if I'm happy with how this is handled. Until something changes, DO NOT use this pharmacy, because they literally don't care if you need lifesaving medicine in a timely manner. read more

I have had recently the worst customer service at the pharmacy and have had to return up to 3 times to pick up one prescription even after calling on the phone to make sure if it would be ready. The staff on the weekend continues to tell me that there is a new program that they have to order your medicine everytime . I have not had this issue in the past nor have I ever heard of it continuously happening on every medicine I order. I have been a pharmacy tech for 20 years and this is dangerous depending on what medication you are picking up. In my case it was seizure medicine for my daughter and the tech that was there could care less . read more

The staff needs to be retrained on how to work the photo desk. Arrived at the estimated time and they hadn't even started printing. Waited over 30 minutes (still waiting as I write this) for 60 5x7 graduation announcements. The employees were nice, but unprofessional and inadequately trained. read more

Just transferred to this store from CVS down the street. Walgreens reminded me what customer service was all about. Only had to say my name one time (at least three at CVS). Asked me if I had insurance then told me they had already applied a discount!. Asked me if I've used these drops before and if I had any questions. Made me feel like they appreciated my business so glad I switched. read more

Walgreens on S. Carrier 75052 is the absolutely worst run pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Last time I tried to talk to a live person I was on hold 12 minutes. Details aside, I would recommend you stay far away if you value your sanity or even hope to get your meds in a timely manner. I'm transferring to CVS at first opportunity. It would be impossible for any store to be run worse than this Walgreens. FYI, their main office customer service is no better. read more

I pooped here once. I wasn't going to poop at my summer fling's house, in fear of clugging the toilet in front of him. I don't even think he has a plunger. Ultimately, I did clug the toilet here, but luckily there was a plunger so I could fix the damage without anybody noticing. (It's like getting away with murder here.) Trust me, I don't think any respected employee would want to deal with that. So 5 stars for that. On the other hand, I've had some great pictures from the best two weeks of my life developed here. I've had two film cameras here, the first set turned out great, except for the pictures where I didn't use flash indoors (Could be my fault), and I had another set but my fling told me that they turned out terrible. Let's hope he wasn't lying as an excuse to keep those pictures, as he never sent them to me.... I bet he burnt them by now. By the way, Walgreens has the best bottled water brand ever. I'm too pretentious to drink tap water. read more

I came to this Walgreens because they open early. I got there at 6:58 to get there right at 7 because I was in a hurry. They didn't open on time I had to get close to the door so the guy inside would see that I was waiting. Then he finally opens the door at 7:04. I said good morning when I walked in and he didn't say anything back. Like is my fault he wasn't ready to open. Bad customer service. Not coming back! read more

PHARMACY SUXS!! If you can avoid coming to this pharmacy do it. This pharmacy SUXS!!! I dropped a prescription off at 10:30am he said he'd have it ready by 12:30pm. I get there at 4:30pm and I still have to wait 20 minute because "he's getting it ready". Last time I come here. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! read more

I went to this location yesterday to pick up a framed canvas for my mom for Mother's Day, they had trouble the night before with the canvas wrinkling when they would put the frame on it. It turned out better than before and Heather (I think was her name, that's what is on one of my receipts) was super nice and helpful and they had to try it multiple times to make it better. The manager yesterday was also very nice about the slight delay it took to make it better. Just wanted to thank them again for great customer service throughout the whole process. read more

A great place to go in the middle of the night when you need one or 2 items.

I usually utilize mail order pharmacy for my maintenance medications but use this pharmacy for short term fills. This pharmacy location is always understaffed and overworked. They take way too long to get your prescriptions ready. Instead of the usual 15-20 minutes, the staff tells you to come back in 2 hours because they are very busy. The pharmacy staff are always struggling with managing the drive through to the cash register to getting meds ready. read more

My beef is with the PHARMACY ONLY...Dropped off a prescription over 2 HOURS AGO!!! I wait at the drive-thru window for a GOOD 5 MINUTES before they even acknowledge me. AND THEN the pharmacist asks me to pull around to the back of the line so they can help the cars behind me!!! Next time I'm going to the nicer Walgreens pharmacy off Carrier Pkwy!! The pharmacy here is so bad. No matter what tjme of day you come the wait to pick up your meds is at least 15 mins wait. The reason I picked this location is because it's the closet to me. Once my nurse sent in a prescription an accident for fora glucose test machine I try to return it but the pharmacy wouldn't let me. They said once it leaves their counter it cannot be returned. I understand if it was pills but I haven't even open this machine I just bought 15 mins ago. The manager refused to give me a refund even though it was not my fault. I then called walgreens and their manager told me I could return it then I drive back here just for them to tell me no again. The pharmacy said if I purchased from walgreens I could of returned it but it's cause I bought it from them. They also sell higher for their prescription machines than walgreens. They kept telling me it's state law and I cannot return from someone else mistakes. I told them they need a sign where we know once we leave thier front desk things like that cannot be returned. read more
