I came here to get some grab and go chili dogs. Some friends raved about these dogs and they did not disappoint. They had all beef hot dogs,warm, toasted buns, chili, cheese and all kinds of other topping. They also had bags to make frito and dorito pies. Very unexpected place to get a very good quick meal. I got 4 chili dogs with 2 bags of chips for 16.00. Not too shabby. My only complaint is that the chili and cheese shoots out of the machine and makes a mess if the container is not in the right place. Five stars! read more

What a disgusting fountain drink area. The metal splash guard is hanging loose, rust and mold growing in the grooves. That's where the ice is held as well. Looks to not been cleaned for a very long time. QT's used to be fairly clean but that is not true at any of them anymore it seems. More of B**** than a review but people can get sick due to the nastiness around ice. read more

Always clean & great prices on gas. They have the great sandwich & chip combo for $5 it always works when you want to eat on the cheap or eat your lunch early. I will tell you there is a drastic difference in service offered by this company and competitors. They always move lines quickly and are always friendly. This was a follow-up to my review on the same day just a short time before. I did take it back. They were very apologetic and offered my money back or make me or let me have something else. Gentleman stated the sandwiches were made daily but not at their store, the store in Coppell, TX. Anyway I now have a made on the spot from their new kitchen facility a chicken bacon ranch flatbread which looks like it will be good. Still aggravated the time I lost could have been spent at a sit down restaurant. That was the whole point don't even have time to waste writing this. Probably wouldn't but yesterday a ate at Einstein's and had a bug n my food. Eating out is a crap shot. BUT I keep doing it. read more

If the restrooms at a gas station are in good shape, then they get a great review as I work out of a vehicle all day and at times need access to one. This place provides clean restrooms and all the convienance of good food and fountain drinks with very quick check outs. read more

Considering the sad lack of 24 hr service in this area, QT is definitely one of- if not- the best option available. They offer basic household items, fresh sandwiches, fruit, and wraps, and they are consistent. Their employees have always been kind and helpful! read more

I don't frequent this establishment often but I went in to get something to drink today on my way to the library. I got the speciality drink ice chai tea latte. The associate helping me I believe his name was Sharad was awesome! I was being bit picky and asked for more customization than usual. I guess I thought it was Starbucks lol but he was so nice and accommodating. He made sure the drink was awesome and I really appreciate that. read more

I love this location, and not just because it's down the street from me. It has some of the best gas prices around, rivaled only by Race Track and Costco. It has free air for your tires. Outstanding coffee, drink station, and quick meal options. The bathrooms are clean and reasonably sized. And if you're a smoker the cigarettes are very reasonably priced, comparatively speaking. The staff is amazing. I've watched a couple of them helping two customers at a time, naming off the amount due (including tax) from the top of their head while they process a transaction for yet someone else. And they do it with a smile, and more often than not a laugh. To be honest there's only two reasons that this location doesn't get 5 stars from me. First of all, not too long ago they had a clerk that was double charging on a somewhat regular basis. Quite literally, for an entire month I had to check the receipt before I walked out the door. On average I was being overcharged twice a week. Now this has been addressed and the employee who was doing this is no longer there. But it took way too many people complaining for far too long a time before they took action to resolve this issue. But to this day I still ask for a receipt on every single purchase I make, even if it's just a fountain drink. The second, and this is just a minor niggle, they periodically have problems maintaining their stock. This past week they were out of mayonnaise for their hotdog (and bratwurst!) bar. A couple of weeks back they were out of several creamers for their coffee. They periodically run out of some of their best selling brands of cigarettes...on a frighteningly regular basis. Seriously guys, if you routinely sell out of something start ordering more of it. All in all I love this place. I have a Costco membership and still stop here for gas more often than not. read more
