Terrible hours but the worst is the pharmacy is open even less. Not a good look when you are in need of medication.

I first contacted Krystal about electrolysis last July after reading several good reviews. Her…read moreprices were far more reasonable than any I'd researched for removal of body hair (specifically my dark, thick chin hair -- I know, it's a strange/gross thing to confess online). Since I've been researching electrolysis for years, I had read all sorts of horror stories about scarring. I texted Krystal tons of questions, which she patiently and thoroughly answered. I was SO nervous when I arrived, and a bit embarrassed of my appearance too as I had to refrain from my usual plucking routine (removing 5-10 hairs three times a day) for approximately a week before seeing her. But Krystal was kind, efficient and thorough. She worked for an hour. I was nervous that I would scar or pit from the procedure, but I only experienced a little swelling and redness. Both were gone in a couple days. I've been going to Krystal for about 8 months now. I'm very pleased with the results. I'm even more pleased with all that I've learned from her -- including that new hair grows in four annual periods and in six weeks cycles. That explains why it takes consistent appointments to really make progress in seeing a difference. I've also learned that you shouldn't take Biotin when you're trying to get rid of facial hair (doh). I noticed the first big change after six months of appointments. Now I'm going about once a month for upkeep. One word of caution, as with any appointment, sometimes clients stack up. Since I typically make afternoon/evening appointments, I sometimes have to wait a little while. I will say -- Krystal's beautiful work improving my skin is well worth the wait. I would highly recommend Krystal's services to anyone seeking permanent hair removal as she is quick, thorough, and affordable.

Krystal is very efficient, professional and courteous. She takes time to listen to your concerns…read moreand is very quick to suggest solutions. I had been going here for electrolysis. The price for the area I am having done is a tad bit higher than other places but unless you want to drive to Dallas or Fort Worth then it's worth it. With the time and gas I save it comes out about even. I recommend her highly. She educated me a lot before I even started treatment and from my experience was pretty close to what she told me to expect. I even went to two other places for several treatments. They all 3 had the same results. Different personalities and different equipment but the same results. Pay her a visit. She is fair, honest and truly cares for her clients. She goes beyond what I expected. She helped me with a skin problem that 2 dermatologist couldn't fix. She knows her stuff. Now on a note for my never ending quest to find the most inexpensive and effective form of hair removal. I have had laser and electrolysis. Laser is much more expensive per visit but covers a much larger area per treatment. Look at about 8 to 10 treatments and never let them fool you that it is permanent. For the most part it is but laser works great for the corse dark hairs. The thin or light hairs will not be affected at all. Electrolysis is permanent but also takes more than one zap a hair too. They get finer each time and also has to be zapped during a certain stage of growth just like laser. And also I found that both can stimulate new hair growth. What this means in you risk growing hair in places that you didn't have hair before around the area that is being treated. I hope my review and knowledge helps someone. I found that laser equipment has much to do with the results but electrolysis didn't. So don't get sucked into paying for what you don't need. I recommend laser first to get most of it then electrolysis to finish it out if you want to be 100% hair free.

I have complained to him several times about the permanent stitches he put around my areolas, which has led to sever pain and abscesses not to mention horrific scaring. I went with the the silicone implants submuscular. He didn't build my pockets and I have a particular muscle structure that requires the surgery to be done in a specific manner he didn't care to do that either. I paid over ten grand for breasts that look horrible not to mention I'm already having what's called the waterfall effect. I've know many people with the exact same procedure that I had and even 15 to 30 yrs after their surgery their implants still look amazing! When I finally got an appointment with him for the last a final attempt to get some kind of compensation for the horrific job he had done to me I was met with rudeness and them blaming the surgical errors on me and my and that I had aged 5yrs then he had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted it fixed that I would have to pay him even more money!! I wouldn't let him touch me again with a ten foot pole! Please whatever you do stay away from Dr. Anthony Tran all he cares about is your money and NOT YOU! I can't express this enough! I have done my research since my surgery and I shouldn't be having the issues I'm having now, if I would have just done my research before I paid ten grand just to feel like Frankenstein! If I could give no stars I would. Now I'm going to have to pay another surgeon to fix and recuntruct my breasts. Just because he has some top doctor awards on his wall doesn't mean he is truly a top doctor! For all I know he could have had those made by a printing company. I also noticed that he has taken down his before and after pictures of his breast augmentation gallery and all you see is women with their clothes on! Again if you value the way you want to look stay away from him! Quality of care was horrific the staff was rude and I had no after care instructions or postoperative check ups except for one and that was to take the bandages off. I still had open wounds that wasn't cared for and was told it was normal. Obviously that's not normal!

Upon entering the store, I saw two women standing behind the counter, and they did not acknowledge me. I almost walked out at that point because I found it odd they did not greet me. I was in the store for about 15 minutes looking and waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter to check out and the young girl, Marissa said "number?" I paused and nearly gasped out loud because she did not try to offer me an item to buy at the register. She wrung up my items then I stated I did not want two of them and wanted to go look for something else. As I was walking to look for a different toner, she had reached into the paper bag then threw the items on the floor behind her. I turned around to see if that really just happened and it did. The old lady, Judy, said to her "what does she need?" Then she asked me what I needed, to my reply I said "Now you want to acknowledge me after being in here for twenty minutes now to see what I need?" Her reply was "Well we said 'Hello!' Then proceeded to say "well you brought a dog in here".... Mind you, my SERVICE dog was on a leash and at my side, did not make a noise or mess with anything. There were no signs stating I could not bring her in with me and I have never had an employee at that location or any other location say a word about her. Floored, I asked who the manager was and if it was the lady who had walked in while I was looking and went to the back because she had ACTUALLY HELPED me yesterday. The old lady said "I am" and to my reply "well you both could use some customer service lessons from her because she was so nice and helpful when I was in here yesterday". The young girl Marissa laughed at my response and I said "is something funny?" She nodded yes to my surprise. At that point I was DONE with their deplorable behavior. I asked the old lady Judy who her district manager was and she said "I am NOT giving you that information!" Then turned her back to me. I said "ok, I'll find it myself" and left the store letting them know that they are intact female dogs. I drove to the nearest Sally's after this incident and every employee said oh yeah Judy is AWFUL! She's about to retire and she's old and bitter!
