I have been going here for years. First with Brenda and then Irene. I loved them both. But recently, they changed product and no longer carry Juvederm. The new product doesn't last very long at all. Therefore, I cannot justify the cost anymore. I guess I will have to find a clinic that still offers Juvéderm. This is very unfortunate to me, because I really like going to accent, and I really liked Irene. But, I feel like I'm just throwing money away by continuing to go there. read more

I have been using Irene for quite some time. She is wonderful. She does a great job, but recently they have changed products for the fillers and for me they do not do nearly as good as the Juvedurm did. It lasted a lot longer after two weeks. This product just goes away on me. I would just like to have the choice of the product I would want. read more

I cant rave enough about this place and what they do! My aunts, friends, my family friends, and of course myself, have all done our breast augmentation done here by Dr.Nakamura and his amazing team. For me the first impression I get, even before I "yelp" or "google" is the phone etiquette I receive when I call the office. When I called Accent on you, Mellissa was so sweet! Her voice is so inviting and she has a warm phone presence. She was so sweet and tried to accommodate all my answers and invited me in for consultation. The office is beautiful. Very comfortable seating arrangements, pretty decor. I really like it. Subtle music and I got greeted IMMEDIATELY when I walked in. Parking is SUPER easy, you'll always have one outside the office. So I came to consult about a breast augmentation and the nurse who assessed me was soooooo helpful! She was nice and easy going and gave me great opinions, and guided me well through the office visit. Soon after I met with a nurse I met with Dr. N and he was really nice as well. He gave me straight answers, answered allllll my questions. He explained everything well. Asked me if I had any other questions etc. When you get to the FINANCIALS, these ladies don't do the run Around, ask them ANYTHING they will answer straight forward and honestly. They tell you options and everything. They don't push you, they are there to provide information. On the day of my surgery I was NERVOUS but the nurse I had that brought me to the room to put IV in me calmed me down. She was so knowledgeable and she reallly knew what she was doing. She was funny and really set the tone for me as I entered the operation room. The anesthesia doctor came and he was so SWEET! He said he prayed for me even if I didn't ask for it lol. He asked me questions and gave me a chance to ask my own questions. Then surgery came and it went, I woke up and feeling like exactly how they TOLD me I was gonna feeel. I wasn't uncomfortable, just felt like I had a crazy chest day ahah. They set you up for success after your surgery and recovery. I'm so happy with the service and so far, the recovery. BOTCHED. I had rhinoplasty done- came out with a deviated septum that I didn't have prior. I can barely breathe out of my right nostril. When I asked what was going on, I was told it was swelling.. He didn't listen to what I wanted my nose to look like! I said no upturned ski-slope... Guess what I got. And the tip of my nose went from normal to bulbous. I can't express how unpleasant this has been to my self-esteem. It's been 3 years since the surgery and I look in the mirror and regret it every day. read more

I have been here several times for injectatables. That went ok most of the time. I had one bad experience when I saw the dr. He told me I needed a tummy tuck when I had asked for lypo. Well, ok but, he was so rude about it. It was demeaning as can be. The nurse was compassionate by her looks at me while he wasn't looking. He's not a nice man. I never had surgery there. read more

I had Brest implants done here and was referred by a friend! I was so pleased how welcoming the staff is and friendly as can be! I was very nervous walking in for my consultation but they instantly changed that feeling. I didn't have very many questions because the doctors and nurses were so informative they answered everything before I would even ask! I'm having a very fast recovery and those that are nervous about that the only way to describe it is it like doing a chest workout with heavyweights and you are sore the next few days I don't even really have to take the pain pills till night time so I can sleep better! The office is clean, cozy and inviting just like the staff. lol yeah they are clean too ;). Dr. Nakamura is soft spoken gentle beside manor and is genuinely concerned with meeting your wants and needs. If he was a PCP I would be a patient. I will be returning next year for a tummy tuck(depending on my funds). If your looking for a plastic surgeon he is more than worth a free consult. He is not going to make you feel any better about the situation, will belittle you, make you feel your concerns are insignificant and definitely not be considerate of the mess you are now in.
