Dr. Frenzel and his staff are awesome. I have lost 58 pounds in 3 months and I am close to achieving my goal.

First visit 1/13/17: appointment at 10:30 am signed in @ 10:30 Requested $60 copay @ 10:45 Waiting…read moreroom until 10:49. In the room waiting for Dr. Moore from 10:50 - 11:13. She came. She looked. She diagnosed. She recommended treatment. She is gone @ 11:16 am. Maybe she is that good (3 minutes) Nurse Practitioner scheduled follow up appointment about 2 weeks out. I'm out of room @11:19. Picking up ointment at front desk @ 11:20 $28 Cicalfate now out of the office @ 11:21. Downstairs pharmacy @ 11:22 - 11:26. Prescription filled Xolegel covered through insurance @ no charge. In my car @ 11:27... We shall see! Update 1/18/17: after 8 uses (Friday night Saturday morning/night Sunday morning/late afternoon Monday morning/night [noticed spreading that evening] Tuesday morning - over a five day period) of Cicalfate the condition worsened. Contacted the office about refund and got an unexpected response... If Dr. Moore recommended it you shouldn't have caused a reaction - but I did. Rescheduled appointment for tomorrow morning to examine the condition and then they will discuss further treatment and/or refund. Update 1/19/17: appointment @ 8 am in signed in @ 7:50 in the back room @ 8 am Dr. Moore in @ 8:06 - 8:13... She indicated more steps to treat condition. There will not be a copay today since I was just in... The reaction to the Cicalfate could be to the higher level of inflammation. So, now she prescribed Elidel that should knock out the inflammation and then the Cicalfate should bring back the color. Moved original appointment from January 25 to January 30 to see if it corrects the reaction/condition. Informed to call back just as I did if it causes a reaction. Out of the office @8:16 in pharmacy @8:20 - 8:31 am for Elidel for $25. Alright...!

i got my mole removed like a month ago i think?¿ i dunno, sometime in october 2020. idk why there's…read moreso many bad reviews, the procedure and wait time in the lobby wasn't bad at all. I waited only like 2min and then got called to the back to get my mole removed. First, they cleaned the area, numbed me (it was tolerable, the needles just felt like little pinches) & then they cut the mole out n stitched me up :)) My skin is healing up really nice. However, i accidentally hit the scar really hard and it bruised up again, but iced it and put cicalfate (skin repair cream) on it every night and it's fine again lol that was my fault oopsies i'm clumsy. But yea, i'm happy with the results, they did accept my insurance, but we still had to pay, but i didn't mind bc i wanted my mole gone lol.

I've waited over a yr to post a comment because I wanted to make sure of what to say. Dr Tran is a…read morevery nice guy and was very patient with me going back and forth about having this procedure. When I finally decided to have this done, I had second thoughts at the last minute and was crying in the office. The women in the office came in and told me it will be fine in a rather rude way. I felt pressured to have it done because everything was booked and paid for. I was told that the surgery center would be covered by insurance and it wasn't. Found out the night before the procedure. At my preop appt the afternoon before surgery he did his markings. Thought that was odd because sweating and sleeping might wear off the marker. He said it would be fine and just put a paper towel under my breasts to soak up any sweat. In the morning he glanced at the markings and said they were fine even though I could tell some of it wore off. He's the doctor. He knows what he's doing. I did everything I was told to do and went in to have my bandages removed 3 days later. I noticed that the inside of my right breast was kind of flat compared to the left. Like too much tissue was taken out. He said to wait a few months for the swelling to go down and everything to settle. Ok. Every time I went in I told him my concerns and was told just wait. I started out as a DDD and we agreed to go to a D. As time went by I noticed that I was a maybe a full C on the left and a small C on the right. The flatness on the inner right breast was still there and it was lower at it's base. I'm guessing that he went by the smudged markings. He told me that my breasts were sisters, not twins and that's why they were uneven. I said the point of plastic surgery is to make them twins. I've been very disappointed in the results. I was always proud of my giant breasts but the weight and sagging killed my neck, shoulders and back. Now they make me sad. I've realized that NO plastic surgeon marks the patient ahead of time. They do it the morning of the surgery. I didn't do much research like most women and didn't consult with any other doctors so it's partly my fault. I'm now consulting with other surgeons to fix what's been done. When I show them my breasts, they see right away the major asymmetry. I was also supposed to have liposuction on the sides of my breasts which looked barely done. On a positive note I did get some money back due to my disappointment. I hope this enlightens someone to do research and check out more than one doctor. Thanks for reading.

I had a breast augmentation with a lift only 5 yrs ago. They are only concerned about your money…read morenot your personal health and well-being. I have complained to him several times about the permanent stitches he put around my areolas, which has led to sever pain and abscesses not to mention horrific scaring. I went with the the silicone implants submuscular. He didn't build my pockets and I have a particular muscle structure that requires the surgery to be done in a specific manner he didn't care to do that either. I paid over ten grand for breasts that look horrible not to mention I'm already having what's called the waterfall effect. I've know many people with the exact same procedure that I had and even 15 to 30 yrs after their surgery their implants still look amazing! When I finally got an appointment with him for the last a final attempt to get some kind of compensation for the horrific job he had done to me I was met with rudeness and them blaming the surgical errors on me and my and that I had aged 5yrs then he had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted it fixed that I would have to pay him even more money!! I wouldn't let him touch me again with a ten foot pole! Please whatever you do stay away from Dr. Anthony Tran all he cares about is your money and NOT YOU! I can't express this enough! I have done my research since my surgery and I shouldn't be having the issues I'm having now, if I would have just done my research before I paid ten grand just to feel like Frankenstein! If I could give no stars I would. Now I'm going to have to pay another surgeon to fix and recuntruct my breasts. Just because he has some top doctor awards on his wall doesn't mean he is truly a top doctor! For all I know he could have had those made by a printing company. I also noticed that he has taken down his before and after pictures of his breast augmentation gallery and all you see is women with their clothes on! Again if you value the way you want to look stay away from him! Quality of care was horrific the staff was rude and I had no after care instructions or postoperative check ups except for one and that was to take the bandages off. I still had open wounds that wasn't cared for and was told it was normal. Obviously that's not normal!

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!…read more If the company cares about customer service, it would read all of this. Do not give them business unless you have the money and patience. I was angry at first, but ultimately, I just feel betrayed, distraught, scammed and taken advantage of due to the lack of communication with such valuable information, and nothing but "I'm sorry" for the inconvenience. Put yourself in the customer's shoes. You don't know their life's situation; it could be their last dime you miscommunicated. I pray nothing but blessings and integrity over that place, and that they all know the love of Jesus Christ, the same for whoever reads this. I forgive them, but that hurt. It was a nice office, not a long wait time, and insightful service. My only issue is that they made a costly mistake. I called ahead to this direct location for a price estimate, and they said "up to $250". That phrase means "a varied price with a $250 cap". My condition wasn't too strenuous (maybe a case of tinea versicolor), so I decided to check it out. Long story short, my appointment was for 8:30 AM, done by 9 AM. A 30-minute visit, most of the time spent with a lovely lady named "Cat", and a fraction of the time with the knowledgeable doctor. They tried to test my condition, but weren't able to, so they decided on prescriptions for now till further action and a follow-up appointment in a month. Coming out of this appointment in 30 minutes, with the same knowledge I had before, and the same medication plus another, I expected no more than $100. Instead, I was met with a $255.13 fee (cost without prescription). As a college student, that is not easy, especially if you don't expect it. If they had done/completely further tests, I understand. This was not the case; if it was made clear that a consultation is a flat rate of $250 +tax, I would be more prepared and probably go somewhere else. A nice worker named "Tori" tried her best to cover the tracks of the company, but the damage was already done, and service is service. Except for a flat rate of $250 for consultation, plus $120 for any other tests, and $160 for a follow-up visit. Medication was only about $50. I don't believe that info breakdown is on their website.
