Dr. Thornton is an artist. I had a BL/BA (breast lift / breast augmentation) in August 2025. The…read moreresults have exceeded my modest expectations. I was referred to him by my facial plastic surgeon in Fort Worth. This turned out to be the best referral I've ever received. I had a BL/BA in March 2022 by a different Southlake plastic surgeon. The results left my breasts looking *worse*. They were larger (thanks to the BA I was told was the only way to achieve upper pole volume - it isn't) and drooping more than pre-surgery. The areolas had also greatly expanded. I had a revision surgery in March 2022 with better results, but still had significant ptosis. The right breast implant was noticeably higher than the left. The left had fallen out of it's pocket and was slipping. The doctor was unwilling to listen to my concerns and tried to gaslight me into not believing my eyes. I had given up by the time I met Dr. Thornton in 2024. The consultation changed everything. He was gently honest that my results could be significantly better if my BMI were in a heathier range. At the time, I was 5' 1", 185#. He was NOT rude, condescending or taking any pleasure in telling me the simple truth. I appreciated his honesty and got to work. Improving my diet and increasing my exercise - in addition to reducing my nightly glass of wine to one glass every 3 - 4 months led to a dramatic transformation. I went back to visit Dr. Thornton in July 2025 at a healthy 120#. I wasn't just skinnier, I was healthier with proper nutrition, plenty of physical activity and a healthy mindset. We scheduled surgery for a month later. My expectations were set in a clear direction. Dr. Thornton acknowledged that he didn't know what he would find coming in after another surgeon. He was able to diagnose the slipped implant and had a plan on how to correct it. He wasn't going to over-promise and under-deliver. I felt secure in the knowledge that I was in capable hands. Fast forward a month and the results are BETTER than I could have dreamed. Recovery was so much easier than the previous two surgeries, even though the procedure was more involved and took longer. I credit Dr. Thornton's skills and his choice to use the Keller Funnel. Even before scar mitigation, my incisions are almost invisible. My breasts are sitting high on my chest and the implants are perfectly symmetrical. Communication is very important to me. Even if I had clicked with a surgeon, if his staff wasn't a good fit, I would have walked away. His nurse Tina is warm, caring, personable and reassuring. She's such an asset!! I sincerely appreciate the kindness and unending patience from Skylar and Courtney. Honorable mention: the surgery center Dr. Thornton uses, Mansfield Surgery Center is ultra clean, staffed with the kindest staff (shout out to Wendy and Michael). The anesthesiologist, Dr. Meiser was phenomenal. Bottom line: you will get out of the surgery what you put into it - follow your PS's directions, DON'T SMOKE, watch your nutrition, live a healthy, active lifestyle, ask questions and keep a positive attitude.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

So, since my original review I just want to express my love for Westside Plastic Surgery…read more You are always greeted with a kind smiling face usually Dolores and if not her Julianna or gosh she is going to beat me - the pretty young blonde. They are all about the patient and only the patient, so this is to say something if they can deal with a hyper goofball like me - I think they exhale when I leave because I love happiness and positive energy and I overflow these lovely people each time they have seen me. Completely treat you like family and I once told Dolores please don't let this practice ever loose that feeling - it's a true feeling of care for you as a person and they truly connect with you personally. I did my research on Dr. Goggin - where he came from, where he trained, his old reviews from Cali (really Cali - thank god you came home to Texas). Back to Dr. Goggin - he explains everything in detail so much so that I never have a question while visiting with them, but always have a question after I get back to my own clinic. With that said they never hesitate to answer via text, phone or in person. So I had Dr. Goggin do my Lifted and Gifted Girls - took 2 pain pills after the procedure - currently 3 weeks out - just visited the sweet people of Westside Plastic Surgery. The evening after my surgery Dr. Goggin and Dolores were ready to come to my home and check on me - Yes you heard correctly an actual doctor who cares so much he would drive out to the country to visit a patient to ensure they feel ok and if they need anything - Can you say above and beyond. I went in the day after my surgery - and met with the same happy faces even on a Saturday - I have seen him a few times since then and I can say nothing but happy words regarding him and his practice. Very satisfied with everything - can not understand or believe how anyone could something bad to say - they are all truly gems. PS: My only thought is -I should have went Larger - lol - just kidding Dr. Goggin will always keep you focused on what will fit your frame best. I thank you all for everything Disclaimer: Don't get your feelings hurt people of Cali - I used to live there as well - so keep your chin up.

I had a 1:30 appointment. I was booked promptly, and the staff was very courteous. I was told to…read moretake my clothes off and he'd be in within a few minutes. I waited 40 minutes with no updates and never heard the doctor's voice outside visiting other patients, so finally stuck my head out the door and asked for a nurse to see what was going on. They apologized but said he had been in his office with the door shut on a phone call and wouldn't answer their texts, and they weren't sure when he would be out. Well, I'm in the middle of my workday too and couldn't gamble on him deciding when to honor his patient's time, so I just asked for them to refund my money. Keep in mind, they charge you in advance for your appointment when you walk in the door and have a no-show cancellation fee within 24 hours, but then he apparently doesn't mind no-showing on his own patients that have already arrived...frustrating. They did, however, refund my money. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the office was also near dead - the waiting room was completely empty, so it wasn't an overscheduling issue - just a lack of regard issue. To be fair, this was my second visit and the first was fine...nothing great, nothing bad. His assistants are great, but it was unacceptable for a professional.

Saw Dr Charles in March for new patient visit. I was told that Dr Malouf only handles cosmetic…read moredermatology and would not be seeing me. As a long time sufferer of my condition I requested to be put on a new medication, which she said I was a good candidate for, but that I would need specific labs done to get the process started. The very same day, I scheduled and paid for the independent lab services who send the results to the requesting clinic (Dr Charles office). Wait for my follow up appointment for two months. Second visit two months later, I arrive and am told Dr Charles is no longer with the practice, that they had no idea about the treatment plan discussed, that they don't have a dermatologist at that location who can handle the specific treatment plan and that I could schedule a new appt with a different derm all the way in Cleburne. They said they didn't even have my lab results and would have to request it from the diagnostic lab I went to. This all could have been a phone call. Not only am I having to leave work early to make this appointment, but the appointment is completely fruitless as it is essentially a rescheduling discussion that I am surely going to be billed for as an "office visit". Pardon me if I don't trust your practice or any of your referrals after this. There is obviously very poor communication even in terms of something so simple as patient medical notes. There is also clearly a lack of value for a person's time and money. The woman who did "see" me did leave me a voicemail shortly after the visit to "discuss the lab results" that had been sent to them back in March, however as I will be finding a different practice to handle my needs this was pointless. Not sure I even trust whatever she had to "explain" considering she couldn't even properly say the name of the medication I had been asking after. Perhaps this location will serve you well if your dermatology needs are purely cosmetic, which seems to be their specialty, but look elsewhere if you have a need for a medical dermatologist, especially one who values your time and business. There are plenty of options.

My biggest apprehention was my crippling fear of needles. I not only wanted the right work, of the best quality, but also who was going to take care of me and who I felt most comfortable with. Dr. Camp's staff never seemed inconvenienced with my calls and questions, never pushy, always friendly. After following on social mediea both Dr.Camp and his wife, Sara for some time, I decided it was time to get my first work done, Botox. Baby steps, right? I called to set up an appointment, explained to Becky my anxiety, and she was able to let me come in ASAP, less time to sit and let the anxiety get to me, and gave me lots of useful tips. Long story, even longer, it was a wonderful experience when I got there. Lovely place with lovely people, genuinely caring about their patients. Sara was so quick and efficient, and they use a few distraction techniques to help. I only just a few days ago had my Botox done by Sara, but I am so excited to see the results and work up the courage to come in for some other things!
